Very responsive host. Beautiful house great quiet neighborhood. Kitchen is beautiful has everything you need and very pet friendly. Loved the backyard would love to visit without snow to enjoy backyard a little more.

This was a beautiful and well maintained home. We were in Dayton for the USAF Marathon and it was a great place to relax before and after. Super close to the USAF Museum and Marathon events! Very happy we picked this house!

Family get together of 8 adults. Couldn’t ask for more. Kitchen is top of line appliances. Fully stocked with dinnerware and cooking dishes. Beds were very comfortable. Did not utilize the back yard but it was awesome. Located in a very nice neighborhood. Will definitely be back to this house.

Great kitchen!!

The kitchen was all wolf!!! and so easy to find everything you could possible need. The back yard looked amazing but we could not use any of the outdoor area. This is a great house for families traveling with pets.

Beautiful Home with a Lovely outdoor space!

This home was perfect for our weekend with friends and family. It is beautifully decorated and the kitchen and living room were a great gathering space. The bedrooms were comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms for the 8 of us. The hosts were easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay again!

Great place for a family gathering. Plenty of space inside and out to be together and retreat to own space too. Beautiful kitchen with everything you need to cook or order in. Close to WPAFB and WSU.

Friends in the Heart Land!

We met up with 2 couples we have known for over 50 years. This home was a spacious ,beautifully furnished, well, equipped house in Beavercreek Ohio. It was centrally located to several places we planned to visit for short trips. Thank you

Beautiful home in great location

We came to see family at Christmas. There were 3 families and each couple had a room and the kids were able to sleep downstairs. The layout is great especially the kitchen, living room and dining room. Very open and able to be together without feeling you were on top of each other. The only thing that took away from this home is that it had a mouse which we saw and there were mouse droppings on some of the dishes in one drawer. Also the dishwasher needs replaced
we had to hand wash everything. Otherwise a beautiful home.

Beavercreek Stay

Overall, we had a nice stay. The house was in a nice, quiet area and was close to restaurants, shops, and things to do. The house was large, and had enough space so we were not on top of each other, the beds were comfortable, the linens were clean, and the bathrooms were large and very nice. The main reason we rented this house was for the outdoor area as we came in to see the eclipse. The patio furniture had to be wiped down before we could use it. There were several loose pavers outside that we had to watch out for. The fire pit area was nice, and we enjoyed using it one evening. The kitchen was large, but not well organized. The living room furniture was uncomfortable and the cushions felt worn out. We saw a mouse run under the kitchen stove the morning we were leaving.

Lovely home, yard, and neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay here as a family of 7 for a college graduation. Some notes: - High end kitchen appliances and cabinets. Beautiful open living space for our large group. - Beds were very comfortable. - Had an issue on our first night, contacted the owner, and it was taken care of right away. - There are only 2 showers, not 3 like the listing says. - While the main parts of the house were nicely cleaned for us, it could use a little deeper clean with spider webs near the ceiling and cleaning closet floors. Not a big deal, just a note. - Absolutely beautiful back yard landscaping. - FYI all 4 bedrooms are upstairs along with 2 full baths. There are 2 half baths: 1 on the main level and 1 on the basement level. Beautifully updated bathrooms!

Host, Michael, was very accommodating. Had an issue and he came to fix it. Accommodations are excellent, just like home. My second time here and will definitely come back.

Very nice home in nice neighborhood. The house was very clean and provided everything we needed (although we would have preferred more teaspoons in the kitchen). We rented the house for a Women's Reunion (second year for this). Hopefully we can rent it again.
