Ce confortable et très pratique 2 chambres / 1. 5 bathroom home est la location familiale idéale pour profiter au maximum de South Padre Island. Le condo a une grande télévision à écran plat dans le salon, une cuisine entièrement équipée et des chambres avec des matelas très confortables. Un lit queen dans la chambre principale et un lit jumeau et un lit queen dans la chambre n ° 2. Il y a un centre de laveuse et sécheuse vertical idéalement situé dans la maison et à proximité des chambres à coucher.

La plage est juste une promenade rapide (environ 4-5 minutes) à l'est du condo. La rue principale de South Padre Island se trouve à un demi-pâté de maisons de l’Ouest, à proximit�� de plusieurs restaurants et magasins de détail.
Une piscine semi-privée merveilleuse et rafraîchissante (partagée par seulement deux autres unités) vous attend, vous et votre famille, à votre retour de la plage. Le patio comprend également une table de pique-nique en pierre et des meubles de patio tropicaux, le tout entouré de parterres de fleurs toute l'année.

We enjoyed our time at the property! It was a very short walk to the beach and the pool was great.

The process for renting was easy. This property did require a deposit, but I appreciate that it was pet friendly! The property is in a great location and the listing is accurate. My family enjoyed our stay.

Marvelous location for this facility. Incredibly comfortable, clean, and efficient. Could not have asked for a better location and a nicer place to ring in the New Year.

Perfect Beach Stay

Everything was clean & organized. Access to the property was easy check in. All anemities needed are provided & the pool was a nice addition. Super close to the beach access #16- 3-4 minute walk! Great experience, will be back in the future.

Very clean, and well stocked supplys to last the entire stay. Neighborhood was calm, quiet, and felt safe. Could see the firework show from rental. Pool had lights for night use. Very short distance walk to beach acess. Overall a great stay.

Good stay

It was a good first-floor place to stay with someone who has to use a walker. The half bath was a plus with the size of the group. Unfortunately, the people on the top floor had too many in and out and a child who ran all day! The fight they had at night was not nice.

Awesome Stay

The accommodations were awesome. Very nice and clean. We where close to both the beach and the main drag of SPI. The condo had everything we needed.Could have use better steak knives but we got by fine with what was hear. All in all I would do it again and recommend to my friends!!!

Casa Malbec 10/8-10/11/2016

We booked Casa Malbec for a family occasion. My three adult sons and I wanted to get together like we did when they were young. We played golf, fished, swam and did all the SPI things in the time we had. The accomatitions at Casa Malbec Unit C were just perfect for four men. We had plenty of space, the two bathrooms were nice. We utilized the pool area and bbq grill extensively. I would recommend for anyone interested in a trip to South Padre Island. I am definately going to keep the information for a trip in the future.

Great Place!

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Malbec Unit C. It was a great location and central to both the north and south side of the island activities. Having the beach & restaurants within walking distance is a plus. The house was clean and simple. The manager (Roberto) was very friendly and accommodating. We are looking forward to staying there again in the future.

All in all it was good. However, I would recommend upgrading the pillows and bed linens...the pillows were very stiff and some are made out of plastic so we had a difficult keeping the pillow cases on them and the sheets were really rough. There also weren't enough trash bags for the kitchen and the pool could of used some cleaning. Everything else was good.

Thank you for the review. I only wish you have contacted me during your stay to be able to address your concerns. I will address them here for the benefit of future guests. Pillows...all pillows have a water proof cover for sanitary reasons underneath the cotton covers. These covers are very easy to clean and sanitize, but can be removed if desired. Sheets are regular 250 thread, and are of the same kind I use at home. The swimming pool is cleaned twice a week during summer, and I do rounds often to make sure the service is done properly. From time to time I see a bit of sand, but that may be because people comes from the beach and do not shower before getting into the pool. I have checked the pool service records and found pH and chlorine levels to be right on the mark, and there were no other observations in the report. Again, I wish I would have gotten a call or a text message making me aware of a problem during your stay, but I did not get one! We own this property, and take care of it with a lot of pride. I am easy to contact and I believe I am very responsive! (please check all of my previous stellar reviews)

Amazing! Spotless! Great location!

The property was professionally cleaned, smelled great, and was spotless. The owner was very professional and friendly. He was also always available by call or text for any questions that came up. The only thing I didn't realize is that this property only has a shower and no tub. I have a one year old so this made it difficult but not impossible to take him a bath. So if you have a little one this is good to know. Other then that I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. If I plan on going to SPI again I would re-book this place as it met all of my expectations. You are in walking distance to the beach and you have a great view of the fireworks.

Location!Location!Location!

The house was clean and the short walk (3-4 minutes) to the beach was very easy with a 3 and 9 yr old, cooler, and beach chairs in tow. On the days when everyone had enough sand and surf the pool area provided a great escape. The pool area is shared with the occupants of the connecting unit but there was never a problem of it being overcrowded like I've experienced at hotels. We had a great stay at Casa Melbac and we can't wait to return. Roberto has put a lot of effort and thought into the property and it shows. He was very accessible and went above my expectations. Keep up the good work!
