La Mirage Condominiums Condo 325 is a two-bedroom, two-bath vacation rental in Port Aransas! This beach condo has a fabulous view of the Gulf of Mexico.


The newly remodeled, fully equipped kitchen opens to the living room, and a dining table awaits with seating for 6. Perfect for family time!


The living room has a flat screen TV and comfortable seating for your whole group. There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom with a private ensuite master bathroom. The second bedroom has another queen bed. This wonderful condo sleeps 6 and has a washer/dryer in the unit available for guest use.


What you can expect in the condo:

Wi-Fi & Cable
The kitchen is well equipped with basic cooking needs (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave, and large appliances). Note that food products such as spices or seasoning are not provided for safety reasons.
The condo is supplied with one set of sheets for all beds. Bath towels are supplied. Please bring Beach Towels.
A start-up supply of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 kitchen trash bags, 1 kitchen sponge, bar hand soap for each sink, dishwasher tablets, and 1 small bottle of dish soap will be provided. If more supplies are needed, please visit the front desk.

This condo comes with a covered parking space. Spaces are reserved, so please park in the assigned spot, and if you bring an additional vehicle, it will need to be parked in the guest parking at the front of the complex.

Check in was quick. Location was wonderful. Kitchen was well stocked with all we needed. Living room was great for games! We enjoyed the pools and the ease of access to the beach!Listing has a queen bed in it, but the bed is a full size. Second bedroom has a flimsy curtain which didn’t block light from hallway which is on All night out. Curtain rod fell out of wall when we closed it the first night and property manager on call came to fix it . Master Shower had a strange pipe sticking out of wall.

Arrived at 2p I do understand check in was at 4p I was told by the front office the ac wasn’t working “properly” she said an ac tech was hoping to be there by 4 ok no problem we did check in early but in fact it was not working at all it was 85 degrees in the room decided to go to the beach to kill time give the tech time to come out when we got back still no change called the office she said the tech wasn’t able to come out that she could move us to another condo for two nights to give the ac tech time to repair it, ok so we pack up and move 4 doors down,the day of checking out of the new condo there had been no plan communicated for us if the ac had been fixed or not so we went back to the original condo there were portable ac units in the two bedrooms but the kitchen and living room area were still warm, went to the front office where we were told that’s the only option there were no other condos available we asked for a refund for the night we couldn't have a full refund so she said 20% discount on the one night ok fine we’ll take what we can get at this point but we also asked for a 3rd ac unit for the living room so to have that unit they had to seal the balcony door since that’s where they get the air from is outside so no access to the balcony at all since the bedroom unit sealed the bedroom acces to the balcony as well the overall trip was a pain to constantly move back and forth with no proper ac in our original condo and only 2 elevators working in the entire place
