Relaxing bach party

The condo was so cute and perfect for us! It was a simple check in and walking distance to the beach! The pool was nice and everything was close to town!

cute and quaint

The condo was very clean, updated and nicely decorated. It is located close to the beach, and around the corner from the Beach Lounge which is nice to walk to a restaurant.

Nice, clean spot with walking distance to the beach

8/10 stars. Beds in second bedroom could have been better, but the single was comfy. Good for kids and has everything you need for a longer stay.

Beach House Fun

This place was perfect. I brought my daughter to the beach as her graduation from HS gift. She had two friends come along. The house was the perfect size with all the right accommodations. It was very clean and it had easy access to the beach. I’d love to stay again.

The kitchen was well stocked. I specifically asked about a keurig coffee maker was available, told there was only drip, brought my own keurig then discovered there was one already there. Kind of a PITA but not a deal killer. It was very rainy and the entry was slippery. You could really use an entry mat inside the door.

First trip to Port Aransas

We had a great stay! This place was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Our only issue was at check-in. I received two texts two days apart to receive the door code. It took me a little while to realize those numbers were different and which one to use. But we had no other issues. The proximity to the beach is great and the kids enjoyed the pool! We would recommend staying here!

Great Stay

Property was clean. Had a small problem with the door that exits to the pool. The door handle was coming off. Used a small screwdriver that is on my penknife to put it back together. Still needs to be put together right.

Great beach rental

Overall we had a great experience at this rental. It’s close to the beach and had everything we needed. It would have been a 5-star rating if not for a few small things. The water pressure was very low. I think a few high pressure water heads would be a great fix. It would also help to have the detachable hose especially in the kids bathroom. The fridge and freezer smelled like fish. Some boxes of Arm N Hammer would help a ton.

Pros and cons

Pros: -comfortable and well furnished -easy access to boardwalk -good communication - view of pool/close to pool Cons-toilet was stopped up when I arrived which was fixed as soon as I reported it but it couldn’t have been cleaned prior to my arrival if it was stopped up. Gnats and slight odor coming from the garbage disposal.
