The living area has comfortable furnishings, including a sleeper sofa, a Smart TV and access to the spacious sunroom! The dining area seats 4, and there are plenty of spaces to spread out for meals between the living area and sunroom as well.

The well-equipped kitchen features beautiful and sustainable recycled glass quartz countertops, custom cabinetry and stainless appliances.

The main bedroom features a king bed, Smart TV and access to the sunroom. The private bathroom has a dual vanity and a large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and has access to a bathroom with dual vanities and a large jacuzzi tub/shower combination.

Uniquely, this property also comes with an EV charger for guests to use.

Golf Shore Villas are located near the Ocean Winds Golf Course and only a short walk or bike ride to the beach and the Seabrook Island Club. Wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Your stay includes amenity access for the Seabrook Island Club, the island’s hub of activity with two oceanfront community pools, two championship golf courses, tennis and pickleball at the Racquet Club, and on-island dining. The exclusive Beach Club offers a true island escape with a soft sand beach, shaded cabanas, sun loungers, two saltwater swimming pools and oceanfront dining!

All guests of Seabrook Island may access the Equestrian Center and SIPOA Lake House*. Featuring one of the few beach rides on the East Coast, the Equestrian Center caters to riders of all skill levels with three miles of horse-riding trails. Overlooking the Palmetto Lake is the island’s Lake House including a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and wellness activities.

Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Beach Access: Beach access is located just a short walk or bike ride away.

Pet Policy: No pets are permitted at this villa.

Parking: Maximum number of vehicles is 2. Car pass fee is an additional $45/car.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
