Set in a quiet community between the water and mountains, you'll find great views and a quiet, safe area for your family to enjoy the outdoors.
++ PROPERTY:
Parking: Up to 5 vehicles in the driveway plus a 2 car garage.
Views: set at an elevation, you'll see the lake over the golf course and fishing pond.
++ MAIN FLOOR:
Kitchen: Fully stocked and updated. Perfect for making family meals.
Dining: Multiple dining tables seat up to 14, bar stools around kitchen counter, and a picnic table on the deck off the main floor.
Beds/Baths: Two king ensuite bathrooms and a third full bath. Each BR includes a private deck and Roku TV.
++ SECOND FLOOR
Kids room with two full beds each with twin trundles. Includes Roku TV.
++ BOTTOM FLOOR
Washer and Dryer: washer pods included.
Games: Air hockey table, arcade system, card/board games.
Extras: second living room area with gas fire place, full refrigerator and wine-fridge.
BR/BA: Two king BR with ensuite bathrooms. Each BR includes a private patio and Roku TV.

Great views of the lake, golf course, pond, and surrounding community. Holds a propane grill and picnic table with umbrella.
++ DISCLOSURES
+ Age requirement for booking guest: 25 years.
+ The booking Guest should book for themselves and other guests. Booking on behalf of others is not permitted.
+ 4x4 or AWD vehicles are recommended during winter.
+ We are LAKE ACCESS not lake front. All boats/canoes/kayaks stored at access areas are privately owned and not available for use. We do not own a dock slip.
+ We have on ring floodlight camera that actively records the top of the driveway for the purpose of security for our guests and property.
+ NO SMOKING: We have a Wynd Sentry sensor on each floor to detect cigarette, vape, and marijuana smoke, as well as sustained loud noises. These sensors only detect and report, they do NOT record.
+ This house is child friendly but not child proof. Children must be supervised.
+ This property does not have daily cleaning service like hotels. You'll be provided with towels, linens and a starter set of select products (trash bags, soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, paper towels and toilet paper).
+ No refunds are given for inclement weather/power outages.

Being set a bit higher than other houses in our community, Endless Horizons offers great views of the lake, surrounding hills, golf course, and sunset. I also try my best to host at a high standard that guests may not get from the larger property management companies.
