The main bedroom w/French doors that open to the pool/patio has a king bed and a large ensuite main bathroom. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a queen adjustable bed ensuring your nights are as great as your days. Bedroom 3 can double as a private bedroom with a double bed or a high-speed access office with everything you need to get away from it all while you stay connected. We invite you to relax and enjoy our home from the TV room with its beautiful view of the pool to the recently updated kitchen that is ready for your culinary creations. Everything you need to have your best vacation!

Security is paramount, and we have equipped the home with Carbon Monoxide/Smoke Detectors throughout and window/door alarms. The six-foot privacy fence, impact windows, and security features ensure you can relax with complete peace of mind.

Outside, the backyard is your private paradise. The heated pool and patio are maintained with the same attention to cleanliness and detail as the interior. Comfortable loungers, outdoor dining, and a grill invite you to soak up the Florida sun or enjoy al fresco meals in total privacy.

- Pet-friendly - talk to us, and let's get to know your furry friends

- No smoking (Any product that generates smoke or vapors except in outdoor/patio areas)

- Please note there is an extra fee ($80 per week) to run the pool heater for multiple days. Also, the pool heater and pump will not run 24 hours a day but will come on at 6 am and go off at 6 pm unless special arrangements are made.

- No parties or gatherings without approval

- Check-in is generally after 3 PM, and Check-out is by 10 AM (Please let us know if you need special accommodations, and we will try to accommodate your request)

- Please be respectful of the neighbors and reduce noise volume between 10 PM & 8:00 AM (see Fort Lauderdale noise codes for more details)

- Any guest who violates these rules above and does not adhere to these rules will be evicted.
