Host was very responsive and helpful. The property was lovely and really well stocked. Unlike many rentals, you can actually cook there. Plenty of staples/spices too. Very clean and comfortable place. King mattress (only one i tried) was fantastic.

Everything was perfect! Elizabeth was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. She was quite considerate of us when she knew we would arrive in the dark. The beds were comfortable and everything was spotless. It's a great house with plenty of common space. We will definitely stay here again!

We felt very much at home here. The beds were super comfy. Luxurious towels upstairs. Shower had great water pressure, kitchen was very well equipped for cooking with an arsenal of spices and seasonings in the cabinet. Lots of storage in the bedrooms for clothing. Our reason for staying was to visit local family and to do nothing. Especially appreciated the electric fleece throw to cuddle with on the large couches. We had cool, rainy weather, so we were not able to take advantage of all the great outdoor spaces this property provides.Elizabeth was extremely quick to respond to inquiries and very gracious. Thank you.

Nice house. Cool art work. The upstairs floor did creak a little bit but it isn't a big deal if everyone is on the same sleep schedule.

Perfect place for our stay in Minnesota!

Great house, great location! We had a fantastic stay to visit family. The house was perfect and Elizabeth was very responsive! I would definitely recommend and we plan to be back next year again!!

Great stay!

We sold our house in Minnetonka and were looking for a short-term rental close to our old home after we closed. We stayed here for 10 days. It was wonderful. Our dog loved the yard. We had a few tiny issues, and the owner was always responsive. I highly recommend this house and would stay here again.

Great cottage by Lake Minnetonka

Elizabeth was a really great host. She communicated from the onset of the reservation, and has the listing well organized with clear and simple access instructions. The beds were very cozy and the fact you don't have to gather linens and such, like most rentals when paying a cleaning, was much appreciated for our very early morning flight. It has all the needed amenities to stay and eat in with a nice patio and outdoor dining table, but is also around the corner from Wayzata and other lakeside communities to enjoy dining waterside. Will definitely stay here again.
