You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. This 3rd floor room is a part of Kauai Kailani Condo's with an ocean view from your room. Enjoy the coastal breeze or use the air conditioner. The room is equipped with a microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee maker. You'll also have access to the pool and rec. room w/ ping pong table during your stay. You are just just 100 feet away from the beach and nestled between historic towns of Kapaa and Wailua

The condo is only 7 mi. from the airport and walking distance to restaurants, stores & marketplace. You can jump on a bike or walk historic trails right from the condo. Enjoy the historic Kapaa town where you are also equal distance drive to both sides of the island to explore many beautiful beaches, waterfalls, hiking trails, & excursions the Garden Isle has to offer. Just next door is Waipouli Beach Resort where you can sip a local-concoction at the Oasis Bar. There are no resort fees, free parking on premises, air conditioning, free high speed Wi-Fi, cable and a smart t.v.

We want you to know that this is the master bedroom in a condo. The door to the rest of the condo is locked from both sides and on the other side of the door is a half bath which is down a hallway, so you aren't near the living spaces of the main condo.

Nice accommodations. Room was clean and had beach amenities that allowed us to fully enjoy our time there. Directions from hosts made location easy to find. Don’t use the street address as that causes confusion. Communication was exceptional throughout our stay.

Some things we enjoyed. But something's not so much.Pros:Cute small pool and beachUnit was cleanEven though they were in California, owners did answer questions.Cons:3rd floorOlder condo, had lots of grime and broken handle on the pool shower, doors on game room stuck. Floor was sticky. EwwwSmall unit, no hot plate. Had antsNo parking stall, pretty much have to wing it.Random homeless folks in the areaWater main broke, we had no water for 12 hours. Zero discount for the inconvenience.Over all, kind of high priced for what it is Someone's cash cow which was evident from the lack of owning up to the water issue Hard pass, wouldn't do it again

This property was in a great location. The host was very communicative and accommodating. As a solo travellers, I felt comfortable and safe. A plus is having a resort next door to grab a drink and socialize at the bar.

Amazing place!

This little condo is so close to the ocean. Hearing the waves and feeling the ocean breeze every day is amazing. Cindy and Scott were awesome to communicate with. This little condo was perfect for my husband and I. We would definitely stay here again!

Our hosts were very responsive to any questions or items that we needed. Walking distance to the beach. Easy access to other parts of the island. Bed and pillows were comfortable. I summary we would stay there again. We highly recommend!

Lovely place to stay!

This was my second time stay at the building but the first in this studio. It was exactly what I needed for myself. The table against the window was perfect for the time that I did have to work. I just opened the door and let the ocean sooth away the work day until I could get outside and truly enjoy the beach. I miss it already.

Perfect for us!

Cindy’s place was neat, clean and just perfect for my husband and I. Location is great for going north or south on the island with almost anything you could want/need within walking distance. Cindy was great at staying in touch, and we very much enjoyed our stay here!

We enjoy traveling, hiking, yoga, kayaking, paddleboarding, and other water sports. Places traveled include Thailand, Japan, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, Peru, Greece, and Italy. We enjoy vacation homes during our travels and know what a host should do to create a comfortable guest experience. I was born in Hawaii and I love & have a very special place in my heart for Kauai.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We chose Kapaa due to the central location on the island. It's very easy to go either direction on the island for sightseeing and beaches. It is also a quaint & very cute town with lots of good restaurants and close to hiking trails.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We are not just a couple hundred feet from the ocean, but have an amazing ocean view while having our coffee in the morning. You also have the amenities of the condo complex despite being a hotel room so recreation room with ping pong and two pool options. Sunrises are beautiful since we're on the East side of the island.
