Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Amazing views! Spacious and clean condo. There’s 4 showers and each bathroom provides shampoo/soap/body wash. Also, plenty of towels. There’s a small few things provided in the kitchen. But if you plan to cook, you will need to buy salt and pepper, spices, sprays, etc. there is nothing left over from previous guests. That would be the only small tiny negative thing I would say. In the closet they provided chairs for the beach, which is very nice to have! The beach is close to the property They also have a bar on property that has some food options. We had wings and nachos and they were both very good. I would stay at this property and specific condo again! The floor to ceiling window view and view from the balcony is unbeatable! We loved our time here.

Perfect for everyone!

The location and this unit was perfect for us. 2 families, 2 teenagers, 3 adults and 1 toddler. 1 adult needed to work remotely, and was able to easily use the Wi fi and sit looking out the window while working, perfect “work”. There was plenty of space for us to be together and to have our own spaces (and showers!!) Super clean and had all the beach things we needed! Parking and access to the beach was also perfect!!

The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and well maintained. The garage made parking so convenient! Hope to stay here again soon.

Great Property and Great stay....

My stay was great, however, $60 per parking pass is ridiculous in the off season. There was literally 2 cars on Deck 9. Checking in at 3:00 also isn't really fair. That's 15 Hours into a 24 Hour Day and still full charge. Check out should be at 11:00also.

Roomy, clean, convenient

We (3 friends) absolutely loved our stay here. The condo was extremely convenient especially the parking loading and unloading our belongings into the condo. We took advantage of most of the properties amenities. Check in was a breeze! No complaints whatsoever. We will be rebooking for next year!

I loved the lazy river. I had broken my leg a couple weeks before staying and with help I could enjoy the lazy river. The elevators seemed to have problems at times and was quite an issue when we were supposed to be at a wedding.

This is a GREAT place to stay. Condo is located straight thru the double doors on the 9th floor. Perfect for carrying in luggage and groceries. The condo was clean and well equipped. Was so happy that all 3 bedrooms had their own private bathroom with an extra full bathroom in the hallway. Wonderful ocean view. Highly recommend!!

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time. Probably the nicest condo we've ever stayed. Ice maker was a plus. Big tub for the kids was great. I have no complaints. However being on the 9th floor with our parking deck so convenient was so nice. I would not want to stay any higher. Drawbacks were the amount of people but that's just life at a big condo. Everyone we met were so nice and friendly. I can't say enough good things about it.

Family Reunion

We had 3 generations of family (34) members who rented 5 properties in the area of the Phoenix West II. This 3 bedroom condo on the ninth floor worked perfectly to complement the rental options. Parking on the ninth floor of the garage gave us easy, convenient entry to the unit. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies and utensils. The bedrooms/beds were comfortable. We used the gym, lazy river pool and the beach. Many kid friendly activities in the area, as well as restaurants. All rooms very clean and ready for us. Views spectacular! The building offers many extra amenities not found in house rentals. We would definitely rent again when back in Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area.

Great Family Stay!

This unit was the perfect spot for our three families (6 adults and 2 children). Having 3+ bathrooms and 3 bedrooms let everyone have their own space. The in-room ice machine was a nice plus. Beside the beautiful beach, the pool, lazy river, and water slide gave the younger children a nice break during the day. We had a great week-long stay.

The host of this property had a welcome sand bucket filled with snacks, water, kookiest, deck of cards, and note pad! What a wonderful touch to make you feel good.

Condo had no problems whatsoever. We loved our stay and will do it again. Orange Beach is such a beautiful place and the view from our balcony was gorgeous. Owner was very attentive and easy to work with. The unit was extremely comfy.

Stunning view-great condo!

Our family absolutely loved our time in this condo. Loved that everyone had their own private bathroom connected to their bedroom plus the extra bathroom with full size washer and dryer. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook and bake all week. Will definitely request this unit again next year 😊
