Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

Policies:
1. Check-In is 4pm | Check-Out is 10am.
2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
6. Parking passes must be purchased at the guard shack for $50 (price subject to change, limit 2). It is a one-time fee that is valid through your entire stay.

Beautiful beach view, condo was super clean. We enjoyed both indoor and outdoor pool provided. This was our second time staying here with family and we really enjoyed it. Will definitely be back!

Fantastic getaway and the condo was exactly as shown. I was most impressed by the cleanliness of not only the unit but the property as well. Communication with the house/property management was exceptional. We truly felt like we were in good hands and that they genuinely wanted us to have a good relaxing stay.

Comfortable Condo on the Perfect Beach

Pelican Pointe 1006 is a very comfortable condo for our family of 5, plus nanny and her husband. We really enjoyed the comfortable patio. The beds were very comfortable, though the trundle bad was difficult to use due to arrangement of the room (we were able to make it work). The kitchen was adequately stocked, the owner may look to restock their glassware at somepoint in the nearish future. The linens are CLEAN, which we loved, and we love the new luxury vinyl flooring (rather than the typical tile)!!! We always choose the eastern end units in PP or WP, this was our first experience on with the western exposure. While we still prefer the eastern exposure, this condo was really one of the nicest units within PP!!!

This condo exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and welcoming. The balcony was our favorite place to lounge. So close to the beach and it not being as congested as some was a major perk. Our check in and out process was extremely simple. We will definitely be staying here again.

Beautiful condo, nicest one we’ve stayed in to date! The pool was closed for repairs - that was just timing. We would stay here again when we return.
