Direct Gulf Front unit with beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony located on the 16th floor. Our unit is professionally decorated and well stocked to ensure you enjoy your beach vacation! This property offers many amenities such as :
With three spacious, well-appointed bedrooms and a Queen sleeper sofa, this home is perfect for groups of up to ten. We offer a king in the master, a king in the 2nd guest room and 2 full size beds in the third guest room. Each beautifully decorated bedroom features bed and bath linens and TVs and private ensuite bathrooms, including the large primary ensuite with a jetted soaking tub and separate shower. The fourth full bathroom has a washer and dryer for your use.

Out on your private Gulf-front balcony, enjoy picture-perfect views of emerald waves and sugar-white sand. Unwind on cushioned outdoor furniture and enjoy your morning coffee, sunset drinks, and everything in between. When you’re ready for adventure, head downstairs to take advantage of direct beach access, Gulf-front pools, and tons of other resort-style amenities at Phoenix West II. Don’t worry – your private slice of paradise will be waiting when you return.

The room was exceptionally well decorated, spacious and homey.The kitchen also very nice along with nice LG washer and dryer in the guest bathroom. The room itself was very clean when we arrived.The only recommendation for improvement would be have the Sofa and chairs in the living room cleaned. They were pretty soiled.The pools area, pickleball courts and the food were fantastic! Also the food bar on site had very good food.Excellent location and lots of friendly staff.We would Love to stay here again!

We had a great time. I have only one thing I was disappointed with, the ice maker was broken and also the ice maker on the refrigerator was broken.

We had an amazing stay! The condo was clean and beautiful. It met all of our expectations. We had 8 adults and 2 kids and plenty of room for everyone. We never felt crowded. We cooked most of our meals at the condo and the kitchen was very well stocked. Some reviews complained about the elevators, but we quickly learned when to avoid the busy times. We are already looking at when we can stay again.

Nice location but not cleaned

Phoenix West II is very nice building. The Location was great. The positive is nice furniture and square footage but deep cleaning & furniture needs cleaning for sure...like asap. Please hold the cleaning company accountable or I highly recommend the existing be replaced if no significant improvement. I am not going to publish my findings. Overall it has potential to be one of the best unit in orange beach.

Excellent Condo!

Spent Thanksgiving with family and needed plenty of room. We had four adults, two teenagers and a mother-in-law as our group. This condo delivered great accommodations and all expectations were exceeded. Very clean and well stocked. Highly recommended for any group.

Parking fee warning

The condo was beautiful, as advertised. The owner had someone answering texts for her, which was fine until there was an issue. I was told, THE DAY BEFORE OUR TRIP, that we would be expected to purchase a $35 parking pass for each vehicle. When I went to purchase two parking passes, I was charged $120

Beautiful condo

The condo was on a great property, was beautifully decorated, clean, and the view was spectacular. I talked to Leigh several times and always got a quick response. We completely enjoyed our time.

Fun Fourth of July

My family and my parents stayed for one week. We enjoyed the pool and easy beach access with a short board walk. My 4 year old loved the splash pad. The only down side was the elevator use on the Fourth of July but that is to be expected with the time of year. The room was easy to access from the elevator and only one floor up from the gym which was nice. All of us throughly enjoyed our stay!

LOVED this condo

Everything about this condo was perfect. The only note I would like to make is that guests need to be prepared to wait for elevators during the summers. ESPECIALLY during checkin/out. We were amongst some who waited 2 hours for an elevator to check in. The condo itself more than made up for the elevator situation though. Clean and beautiful and very spacious! Would definitely stay here again

Beautiful condo

My family really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo! After reading many reviews I was worried about the elevators but they weren’t bad at all! Condo was very comfortable and clean. Owner is very accommodating with fantastic communication. The ice maker in the condo was a huge plus and saved us much hassle! I would absolutely return to this condo.
