Screened in porch new ammentiy for 2026 with completion of new building on the property (no inside acess to the building; porch only). We do regulary spray for mosquitoes, but for a bug free night the screened in porch will be the place to be!

2023 Princecraft 12 person pontoon with 115 HP EFI motor available for rent, docked at property (booked and charged separately). Pontoon rental will be available from check in to check out. 12 adult life jackets included and stored on the pontoon.

Newly constructed 3200 sq ft open concept lake vacation house. No need to worry about renting an older cabin that can't stay cool in the summer!

Our luxurious, lakefront cabin has everything you've been looking for with a spacious upper deck, covered lower patio, private beach with fire-pit (firewood provided), and dock. Inside the cabin the open floor plan will allow you to connect w/ your loved ones while still having the ability for private space. This is the perfect place to get away from everyday life and kick back and relax with friends and family.

Fully stocked kitchen with 2 ovens and 2 microwaves for families that like to cook. Walk in pantry to store groceries out of the way. Addtional Fridge and counter space in the garage as well.

Laundry room has 2 washers and 2 dryers availble to guests; Perfect for week stays in the summer and pack less!

Knife Lake boasts 1250 acres with 18 miles of shoreline and several islands which make for a very scenic ride the way around. 1 bar / gas station (Crows Nest) on the lake accessible by water from their public dock. Northwood's Steakhouse is directly across the hi-way from the public landing on hi-way 65.

Great for winter activities and snowmobiling as well. Knife Lake is on the snowmobile trail.

Beautiful property in a remote quit location! Host was amazing to work with! Very spacious for a large family get together, everyone is able to congregate in one area! (All open concept) ! Old condiments, outdated opened food left in fridge and pantry! All supplies such as spices, paper towel, toilet paper and towels were great! Laundry facilities are a plus!!!!

The cabin was an amazing spot for our extended family get together! It is laid out well for a large group with enough bedrooms and bathrooms to comfortably accomodate everyone. The kitchen and living area were large and well equipped. The lakeside space was awesome and we loved going out in the kayaks and on the pontoon. A great spot!

We had a great stay for our family cabin trip! The house was extremely well stocked with food items, condiments, cooking supplies, and just about everything you could need at a lake house. Having three bathrooms was perfect, and the downstairs sleeping area is nicely separated from the upstairs, making it quiet even when others are still awake.The beach is clean and private, and the lake is a very quiet lake with minimal traffic. Cool little islands to explore on the kayaks. The small town nearby, Mora, has a large grocery store and a few cute stores downtown. The only downside is the incline to the water. It’s manageable, but going up and down several times a day can be strenuous. There is also a large house being built right smack next door, so the property won’t feel very private once it’s completed.Overall, a comfortable, well-equipped cabin and a great place for a family lake trip!

Great location on a large lake. It rained a bit, but the nice days we had we explored the lake area. Ate well, drank well, slept well. Lots of good amenities at this place to make the stay even easier and relaxed.

Perfect place to stay in the Mora area

We had a fantastic stay. Even though the weather wasn't ideal, we made great family memories. We took advantage of the games available on rainy days. The host was great with communication and hospitality!

Perfect layout for our four generations from 1-1/2 to over 70, with a great view of the lake from the main floor balcony. We enjoyed having ample seating and plenty of rocking chairs. The campfire area was wonderful with aged wood for easy starting. Extra refrigerator in garage was perfect for storing drinks and setting up a bar. The Kitchen was well equipped with items needed for cooking - soup pots, cake pans, mixer, etc. Wi-Fi was excellent, large TVs were great, with ample plugins for lots of electronic devices. The slope going down to the lake was challenging for our oldest person, but fun rolling down for the youngsters. The kids enjoyed playing on the beach, and running through the sprinkler. We also enjoyed the screen porch around the shop. A sharp shinned hawk and a green heron were frequent visitors as were a family of otters. This beach area looked much better than any properties we could see nearby, but MN August algae bloom was evident. Next time we come, we will remember to bring hangers.
