4 Westland Ave. Charmante maison confortable avec jardin à moins de 5 minutes à pied de la plage (environ 2 km de la plage). Un pâté de maisons d'Amtrak, d'une jetée, de restaurants, de boutiques, d'un parc, d'une aire de jeu pour enfants, de courts de tennis et de basket-ball, de bons restaurants et de boutiques. Zone de pelouse clôturée, beaux jardins pérennes, bain à remous extérieur. Belle plage de 7 mile. Venez vous détendre et vous reposer. Ceci est votre maison loin de chez vous.

Fun Family Trip

My family and I enjoyed staying in this house in Old Orchard Beach. The house was lovely, and it’s within walking distance to the pier, beach, and even Amtrak! Our family enjoyed it, and Judy was a great hostess.

Welcoming historic home with hot tub and fire pit.

Welcoming home with lovely beach decor. Easy walking distance to beach, pier and amusement park. Owner is very gracious and hospitable. We had a wonderful time! Would definitely go back.

We stayed for 4 nights. Nice community. Walked to restaurants, beach, and miniature golf. Loved the hot tub. We also explored nearby communities.

House near the beach with hot tub

Nice house within easy walk to Old Orchard Beach. Beautiful garden in back with a lovely yard for sitting out in the evening. The hot tub is a big plus!

Incredibly home away from home by the beach

Judy is a wonderful host! Communication was wonderful throughout the booking process and the stay. She met us at the property the first day to show us around and give some ideas of things to do during our stay. The house was absolutely beautiful.

Great time. House was perfect

It was a perfect getaway location and house. The house was very clean and stalked with everything we would ever need. Hot Tub was amazing. Fire pit was stalked with enough wood. The owner was there to meet us and show us around. We will definitely love to come again

Perfect Vacation!

Judy, the property owner, was so accomodating in providing an easy checkin process, a comfortable home, and a relaxing yard. She really helped us make the most out of our vacation. The property is perfectly located to enjoy the beach and other surrounding activities. We cant wait to do it all again!

Nice time at the beach

Had a great time in Old Orchard. Quick walk to town, stores, pier and beach. several nights had live music at the pier and/ or local parks. House worked well with our family and indoor and outdoor spaces were good for us. Kids also used the hot tub which was nice.

Cute and Spacious home close to town !

Judy's home was a great choice for our family. We were able to walk to the "boardwalk" area and the kids loved the rides and games. It was easy and quick to get to other great Maine destinations from the house as well. Judy was easy to communicate with and very quick to respond. Would recommend this home to friends and family.

Enjoyed Orchard Beach

Judy is an excellent, helpful host. Her home is very clean and well-maintained. The kitchen, in particular, is well outfitted, the neighborhood is quiet, while close to the beach/amusement zone. The Backyard is a nice evening retreat. We had a wonderful time.

Fantastic Vacation spot

This house is in a perfect location for walking to the beach or pier. There is plenty of sleeping room and the house is well kept. We had a girls' getaway and had a wonderful time. Having a full kitchen is a bonus, and the hot tub is a very nice extra. Judy is a wonderful and caring hostess. Highly recommended!

Wonderful Long Weekend Stay!

Upon arrival, we were greeted by the property owner, who gave us a tour of this classic New England shore house. The accommodations were excellent: the beds were comfy; the window a/c units did their job, and the place just had an overall feel of warmth and comfort. It was a relatively short walk to the beach and the amusement area: about 4/10 of a mile. Lobster restaurants abound. We had our fill.

Most Relaxing Vacation! House has everything!

Judy's home was perfect for our multi generational family. It was both relaxing inside and outside. The kids loved the strong internet connection, my daughter enjoyed the hot tub, I especially love the laugh and memories made in the kitchen having breakfast and dinner together. The house even had beach toys for the kids and games for the children. Judy has truly been thoughtful in her design.
