Si vous êtes à la recherche d'espace, d'un cadre de montagne paisible et de superbes vues sur les pistes, rendez-vous au Lonestar Lodge. Cette récemment rénové maison de quatre chambres, cinq salle de bain est un excellent choix de l'année pour les familles et les groupes de jusqu'à 11 personnes. Vous trouverez tous les rendez-vous de luxe / mises à niveau: salle de bains carrelée de granit, une cuisine gastronomique, une salle de loisirs avec une table de billard, un jeu fantastique avec un bain à remous privé et de superbes vues, et plus encore. Et, la disposition de deux niveaux, deux king-master-suite en font une excellente option pour deux familles à partager.

(SERVICE DE NAVETTE HIVER: Pendant la saison de ski, il y a un arrêt de la navette à moins de 50 mètres de l'allée. Prenez la navette pour le Marriott sur Columbine Rd. De là, il est à cinq minutes à pied de l'ascenseur Quicksilver à la base du sommet 9.)

Il y a une belle cuisine avec comptoirs en granit, une cuisinière à gaz / four de taille de restaurant, et une grande table à manger pouvant accueillir confortablement huit.

Depuis le salon, sortir sur la zone du pont spectaculaire avec une grande baignoire, privée chaude, un foyer électrique, barbecue à gaz et une vue imprenable. En bas, il ya une grande salle familiale avec foyer au gaz, un grand système de cinéma de la TV LCD et un bar - et, juste à côté de cela, une salle de loisirs avec une table de billard. Les autres commodités comprennent une grande salle de lavage avec laveuse et sécheuse, une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite dans toute la maison et un garage chauffé pour une voiture avec stationnement supplémentaire dans l'allée.

The house was beautiful and perfect for two families of 10. The only downside is that it really isn't a ski in/ski out house. The ski out is for experienced skiers and there is not a ski in at all. Other than that beautiful house.

Ski slopes very accessible by shuttle, or ski path, however ski path needed more snow, so was tricky to navigate for some of the less adept skiers. Great spot for 4 families, as each bedroom had it's own bathroom. Gorgeous views. My only suggestion is for Summit Mountain Rentals to provide larger or more body wash, shampoo, conditioner and soap. This is an expensive unit, and it seems they could easily offer more of these necessities for people travelling that might have limitations on liquids etc. Also , kitchen cloths and towels could be added. Truly a lovely spot though, in spite of less than ideal snow conditions this year!

Overall our stay was very good. The unit appears to be recently remodeled and is in great shape. Host was generally good with communications. Mountain views were appreciated by our group. Only room for improvement was in the cleaning - the unit could certainly have been cleaned better before we arrived (floors and utensils), so deducting one star for that. Otherwise everything was great. Would certainly stay here again!

We had four adults and three teenagers and everyone had plenty of space. There was enough room for another family to join. The recent remodel was well thought out and beautifully done. The upstairs kitchen, dining room, and living room was extremely comfortable. The outdoor patio, grill, fire pit, and hot tub were a nice touch. It’s perfectly set up for skiing. The garage has racks for your skis and cubbies for your helmets and gloves. There were plenty of hooks to hang outer wear in the downstairs entry. The shuttle stopped right in front of the house. You could be at the slopes or downtown in less than ten minutes.

Amazing Home

My sister and I stayed here with our children who are in college. We were a total of 7 and the house could not be nicer. It is so warm and cozy and plenty big enough for all of us! The location is amazing. So close to everything. The hot tub was amazing after a day of skiing. We had no problems with the house. Beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. We will be back next year!

Great place

This was a great place with excellent service/communication with property manager. Location is great. Technically not a ski out but it can be done by going to the trail head just a little ways down the road. Tons of wild life. Please don't feed the foxes. They are so bold and come up on the deck because people feed them. All around a great stay.

Great property with good function for two families. Awesome views from the family room and the deck! The master bath lights wouldn't work but I found a breaker in the panel and flipped them back on. The hot tub was a bit musty but we found some shock treatment and put a little in which took care of the problem. We all had a great stay. Thank you

This property is tired and shabby

The location and outdoor amenities are lovely (the pool heater was broken upon arrival). The property manager responded quickly when the AC quit upstairs and was very kind. HOWEVER, the bedding is gross-stained mattresses, lumpy, sheets had stains and pilling (lint balls). We bought new sheets for the king bed. I washed all the bedspreads because they smelled like b.o. The outdoor stairs were chipped and splitting. The tennis court was full of debris. In short, great location, beautiful outdoors just shabby inside.

Thank you for your review Libby. We take reviews/complains very serious, therefore we appreciate your comments. For that reason we ordered new beds and sheets which will be delivered the first week of February, to improve our customer experience in Villa Sombrero. As far as the pool heater goes, we received your notification on the pool heater a week after your check in, and as you may understand it takes 2-3 days to get deliveries from the Mainland to the FL Keys (not including weekend days). it was unfortunate the pool heater broke while you were staying at the property but we took immediate action to replace it and accommodate your needs. Wood steps were repaired immediately after your check out which it wasn't mentioned during your stay, but after your check out. Per our recommendation we encourage you and any other guest visiting our properties or any other properties to always communicate with the property managers during your stay of any issues creating an inconvenience during your stay so it can be taken care immediately. In the other hand Libby, I would like to appreciate you for the impeccable conditions you and your family left the property. You will always be welcome back to Villa Sombrero!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was a perfect location to be out of Breck, but be able to get down with a quick 5 min Uber. The pool table, hot tub, and fireplace were great places to keep the group busy. There were only a few things that I would say disappointed us. We had to shovel the steps and deck off from snow and clear the hot tub lid of snow upon arrival. The firepit key was broken and thrown in a random draw and a few light switches and outlets didn’t work. Overall it was a great experience and the view was amazing. The living room and deck face the ski mountain it was awesome.

The "Go-To" for Breck

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were here for my friends bachelor party. 9 guys. We had a great stay. We made such good use of the house that we never left. We had planned to go out in town our second night but just orders in and played cards around the dining table and shot pool downstairs. Everyone had a bed to sleep in and the fireplace roared. We did note some needed upgrades to the management company, as the cabinet knobs were falling off and the dishwasher was broken, just to list a few. That's said, the hot tub was a perfect 104, the pool table was level, and we even got a visit froth the neighborhood wild fox. Can't wait to come back.

Excellent Home But Needs a Few Improvements

The only minor issues we discovered were maintenance related. There were humidifiers available in bedroom closets however they didn't work. Same with some of the fans. The professional stove oven combo had potential to be very nice but not all functions worked. Not having the griddle work was disappointing. The pool table was a nice feature but it desperately needs an overhaul. Overall a very nice house and we'd go again. Just needs a little more attention to details.

Wonderful Family Holiday Location

Our Winter Break at Warrior’s Mark West worked out great! There was plenty of room to spread out, and a bathroom dedicated to each bedroom was a big plus. The hot tub performed well and the outside deck was heated which made access to the hot tub after it snowed convenient. The kitchen was well stocked with all the needed cooking elements to prepare big meals for our family. We were also happy to discover a big pile of cozy blankets for our chill-out time in the great room. Even though there wasn’t enough snow to officially open the run closest to the home called Lower Lehman, there was enough for us to ski down to the Quicksilver and Beaver Run Superchairs in the morning via an access point across the street. We tried hiking back up to the house in the afternoon once, but given the difficulty involved, ended up taking the shuttle that picks you up at the Marriot Mountain Lodge by Quicksilver every 15 minutes. Management was communicative with arrival and departure details. We never had a chance to see how they responded mid-week because we never had any issues with the house! We would definitely recommend this property for your ski vacation and may be back in the future ourselves.

Wonderful stay

The house was great! The hot tub, deck, woodburning fireplace and pool table made the stay really enjoyable and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils/small appliances. Also being right at a shuttle stop to the slopes was really convenient. Great place to stay in Breck!

Spacious rental

This was a perfect choice for 8 people. We had three teens who each brought a friend. Having the pool table & hot tub was great for them. Close proximity to go into town for an afternoon was convenient. We did bring some disposable cooking pans as I’d read prior reviews that some kitchen amenities were lacking. We had planned to make breakfast and dinners in so good thing I brought some 9x13 foil pans for baking. Other than that, and needing maybe more lighting in the living areas, it was overall great for our group. Plenty of bathrooms and tvs, beds we’re comfortable. Kitchen was roomy enough for all.

Beautiful setting

Loved the home and hot tube with mountain views. I would return for that feature. The kitchen is the only issue. 1/2 of the pans and some cooking appliances could be thrown away. Warped, bent pots with Teflon coating 1/2 chipped off. Also, the mattresses on the bunk need replacing and the queen bed very squeaky frame.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is very nice and spacious. Plenty of rooms and beds. Kitchen items including plates and cups need to be updated. There were lots of extra towels available in unit. Cleaning fee is very high compared to nightly rates.
