The living area is inviting and spacious, with soaring vaulted ceilings and warm natural light flooding in through floor-to-ceiling windows. There’s plenty of luxurious seating for relaxing and enjoying the wood fireplace and large flat-screen TV, as well as sweeping views of Breckenridge and the surrounding mountains. Just off the living area is a standalone office with a large desk/work area. And you can step out onto the deck with an outdoor dining set and a gas grill for barbequing while taking in the majesty of the mountains.

The kitchen? Incredible. Beautiful live-edge granite counters, top-of-the-line Viking appliances (including a pro-quality gas range) and plenty of space on the thick granite countertops for even the most demanding chef to spread out and create a mealtime masterpiece. There’s an elegant dining table that seats 10, and there’s room for five at the counter for breakfast and après-ski snacks.

Downstairs, there’s a family room area with a second large flat-screen TV, a huge sectional couch, and a foosball table — it’s the perfect place for the kids to hang out. And the lower patio features a large hot tub. Once you slip into the warm water after a long day on the slopes and soak in the mountains around you, you won’t want to get out!

Speaking of the slopes, it’s a short stroll to the Skyway Skiway run. From there, you can ski to the gondola in town, or access the Four O’Clock run and the Snowflake Lift to Peak 8. It truly couldn’t be more convenient. And in the summer, there are plenty of hiking and biking trails nearby.

- Bathroom: 1/2 guest bath.

Lower Level:
- Bedroom 3: king bed, flat-screen TV. (sleeps 2)
- Bunk suite: twin-over-queen bunk bed, twin trundle bed, private attached bathroom with tub/shower, flat-screen TV. (sleeps 4)
- Bathroom: tub/shower.
