Location Location Location! This fantastic 1962 sq ft 4 bedroom (sleeps 8), 3.5 bath custom built home is in the heart of Ocean Drive, just 1 block from the beach and Main St. Yes, just 1 block from all the Shag Clubs (Fat Harold's, Duck's, Spanish Galleon, OD Pavilion). Master on main (king) with 3 bedrooms (1 king/2 queen) and a loft upstairs that overlooks the 19’ den ceiling and open floor plan. 408 sq ft of double porches, parking for 5 vehicles. 7-night booking gets a 10% discount year-round. 28-night or more booking gets a 60% discount (September through May). Great set up for Golfers too!

NO PETS.
NO SMOKING.
NO MOTORCYCLES.
Must be 25 to rent (valid ID's required with rental contract). Rental Agreement will be emailed once booked. Security Cameras (5) are present underneath the house monitoring the entire parking area and staircase entrances.

Great spot for our large family trip! 5 minute walk to the beach and plenty of shopping/food options. Host was so helpful and responsive when we had an issue with the coffee pot. Would definitely visit again.

Great location

We loved the less than 5 minute walk to the beach. Location is great for restaurants and different activities. The house was very spacious and everyone had room to relax on their own. This was our first trip to Myrtle Beach snd we plan to return. Photo below was taken from the porch after a stormed had passed.

Fabulous Experience

This home was just perfect for us! Easy walk to the beach and also near other things wanted to do!It was clean and spacious! Garrett was outstanding! The hot water heater went out on our first day there and he had it all taken care of in a matter of hours! Communication with him was easy and quick! Highly recommend this home!!!

I don’t have enough words to express how impressed I was with this property. My family and I celebrated my wife and my sons birthday as well as Fathers Day with our in laws and parents. Everyone left wishing we could’ve stayed longer. Check in was seamless, home was in pristine condition. If we choose to visit Myrtle beach in the future we will absolutely be looking for this properties availability again.

Had a wonderful 30 day stay. Very clean and great space for us and all our guests. Great location near the ocean, stores and restaurants. Very well appointed. Garrett was very helpful. Would absolutely stay here again.

The house was big enough for eight people without feeling cramped. It was conveniently located near the beach and was within a short walk. Found some dirty laundry from the previous guest still in the house but not a big deal. We enjoyed the stay and would recommend to others.

This property is absolutely stunning and fitting for a perfect family vacation at the beach. Truly a modern beach house with excellence within and around the home. Location perfect, home perfect, host perfect. Garret was communicative, accommodating, and ensured we had everything we needed to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We enjoyed our stay. This was a beautiful and clean home that is in a great location. The only disappointment with the property is that there was no television in 2 of the rooms. Make sure you do not exceed the maximum number of guest in this home.

Family vacation

The home is as beautiful in person as is is online. Garrett the host was very accommodating when asked about extending my family's stay. The location is perfectly located a block away from Main street and Ocean Blvd. This was a great family trip.

Great house

The house was just as listed and fully stocked for a comfortable stay. Lots of windows and natural light. We had a young child in a wheelchair in our group so the main floor master was convenient for him & his parents and accessible beach access close by was perfect. (Free beach wheelchair from the town was awesome too!) Communication with Garrett was prompt and professional. Easy check in and out. Only down side was that we came on bike week so we heard loud motorcycles & music into the night. No road noise normally tho. And no complaints on the house- we’d stay here again!

Perfect House, perfect location!

We came last minute to care for two ailing parents. The house, location and amenities made our otherwise difficult stay very comfortable and inviting. Working with Garrett was incredibly easy and he was very accommodating when we needed information or adjustments. Will definitely stay here again next time we're in town.
