Wonderful stay

If you’re looking to get near the wilderness of the Ozarks, then this is the perfect stay removed from civilization.

It was clean. Beds was comfortable. Most every thing you needed for the stay. Elk viewing short distance from the house. Saw lots of elk both days we was there.

We loved the privacy of the cabin and the woods to walk in. We could let our dogs run loose and play. The entire house was clean and very nice.
Our dogs loved running on the property and the view was spectacular! It was also convenient to where the elk usually were, but unfortunately, the elk were not very cooperative this year

Lovely stay

Very clean, comfy beds, all the things you need, great location - close to lots of hiking and floating. Very basic accommodations but we didn’t need anything more than that. Would stay again!

Wonderful Cabin

The cabin was really comfortable, with everything we needed. It was also located in a beautiful and quiet area.

Gorgeous escape from the speed of regular life

This cabin is just peaceful. It's very well maintained, house decor is circa the 90's and gives the nostalgic feeling of home. The surrounding area is GORGEOUS. The Buffalo River is an amazing float, and the cows across the street offer a peaceful pastoral view from the front porch. There is no cell phone service, but with the quite and wifi it is not missed.

Property was great, we saw elk and floated the Buffalo River with BOC. Found a coffee pot but only a Keurig style coffee maker, 30 minute drive minimum to find food or groceries.

Great short stay

We picked this location to be near the Buffalo river. This is a good spot to venture out and see many sites. We could even see elk from the porch. It is very clean and was great for us.

Fantastic Getaway

Our host was great and helped us with a late checkin. We loved how the older character of the house was preserved and updated with new furnishings to tie everything together. The location was close to everything we needed. We can’t wait to visit again!!

Wonderful location. Close to many main hiking trails and waterfalls. We have had bad experiences at rentals but this one was great! Very clean which is important to me. The view was amazing! Elk in the evenings across the street and cows in the morning. Tips for future renters: bring binoculars and a good camera if wanting to get elk pictures. My iPhone couldn’t handle zooming in far enough. Bring cards and board games if wanting entertainment besides tv. Great place and would stay again!!
