This new modern home is perfect for a fun filled family get together or a chance to meet up with friends to enjoy the entertainment options offered in the Reno area. Located ~15 minutes from downtown Reno, you can enjoy the hustle and bustle of the "Row" or enjoy a quiet dinner in the Spanish Springs area. This home has a spacious living room for gatherings and a well equipped kitchen. There are 4 bedrooms and sleeps 10 with the fold out couch in the front room.

A wonderful home! Check in was so easy and all we expected and more, lots of room for everyone and everything anyone needs in this wonderful home
..The kitchen is nice and big and lots of seating at the dining table and the bar has great bar stools to sit at the bar
 living room had ample space for all! Out door space nice patio and great seating out there
..Master bedroom was awesome and loved the big master bathroom. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is going to be in Sparks for any reason!!

Property was as advertised. We were very pleased with the house and the surroundings.

We were there to enjoy the outdoors and visit the sports books in Reno. This was a nice quiet location.

Family visit for baseball tournment

It was a cute clean place said slept 5 didn't have any extra blankets or pillows for the 5th spot. The neighborhood was little load at night outside but overall served its purpose would rent it again for my smaller family and children. Thank you’ Jonathan great job w communication and stuff!

We stayed two nights for an event a Nugget Event Center in Sparks. enough room for 5 adults. Comfy beds.

Beautiful home!

The home was a wonderful home away from home. Beds were comfy. The location was great for our stay, just a few minutes from our daughter’s home. Easy check in/out. Would highly recommend!!

Great house, great location!

We stayed with another family for a youth baseball tournament at Golden Eagle! The location was great! Close to a grocery store, dining and Starbucks. House was clean and fit our 2 families perfectly. Directions were clear, entry was easy and we would definitely stay again!

Golf get away

Absolutely recommend this home for anyone who wants a pleasant experience. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Owner was very professional with excellent communication skills. This almost new home was extremely clean and contained all the necessary items to make your stay very relaxing.

The owners description is accurate. The home is roomy and very comfortable. We loved the spacious and well kept home and neighborhood. We definitely would stay again if available. The owner is very responsive and gives detailed information regarding check-in. You'll love the home!

Beautiful house in new subdivision

This was a beautiful, brand new house with a giant primary bedroom and bath and plenty of space downstairs to lounge and relax. Easy to get around to all the activities we were doing in Spanish Springs and Sparks.

Wedding stay

We rented this house because it was so close to Redhawk Golf course - great wedding venue!!This house was very clean, lots of space for everyone to stretch out. Great space in the kitchen. Close to shopping. Only thing was there wasn’t all of the cushions for seating outside. Would definitely return!

Beautiful spacious neighborhood home

This home is mote beautiful than the photos show. Its like a brand new model home with spacious kitchen living room bedrooms and bathrooms. The backyard is a great place to hang out. Nice quiet neighborhood close to stores. A Costco and Walmart nearby. About 15 minutes from UNR Perfect for

Nice weekend stay

Overall the house was nice had all the basic items one would need for a weekend stay. Extra towels sheets and pillows were provided. The carpets could use a good cleaning. My biggest complaint and I have sent this a lot in newer rentals is the kitchen is so bare. There is a coffee maker and filters but no coffee there is salt and pepper and nothing else no spices oils etc. you have the bring everything in also no sharing space for non perishable. My kids loved the TV and the living space set up. Dishwasher wasn’t working when we left and breaker was off when we got there. Nice neighborhood within walking distance to a Raleys Starbucks and a few restaurants. Two exits south is a huge shopping center (about 4 miles) with Costco Dutch Walmart and anything you need. Overall nice place. Host answered all my questions prior to our arrival.
