The iconic William Skelton Home in downtown Key West offers an ideal retreat for your group of 16 guests. The six bedroom Victorian mansion features multiple spacious living areas, a private backyard with a swimming pool, and a newly renovated chef's kitchen.

On the first floor you will find a spacious living room, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. There is a kitchenette and living area with sofa bed in the back of the home facing the backyard. On the second floor is the kitchen, dining room, another spacious living room, two bedrooms, and one bathroom. Don't miss the unforgettable front porch and back deck with comfortable seating. The third floor is reserved for the luxurious master suite - a king bedroom with a seating area and beautiful private bathroom.

The best of Key West is steps away with this home's incredible central location on Eaton and Duval Street. The William Skelton Home may be reserved for 1+ nights throughout the year, either as the entire 6 bedroom home, or the upstairs portion with 3 bedrooms.

This really is a terrific property. The location is outstanding, walkable to everything we wanted to do in key west. Perfect number of beds and bedrooms for our three families (5 adults and 5 teenagers). Everyone had space to hang out alone or with others. Kitchen was stocked enough to make Thanksgiving dinner (mostly reheating things from Fausto’s). We needed a cookie sheet and the manager dropped one on the porch for us, very helpful. We enjoyed the pool and back patio. Used the laundry machines (outside in the shed and the lighting wasn’t the best but we appreciated having clean clothes). Kids enjoyed the board games. We could hear some music from Duval and the roosters in the morning but nothing that bothered us too much. Would stay again!

Perfect house for a large group in Key West. Very spacious and plenty of beds to fit your entire group. The location cannot be beat. Centrally located and steps from Duval. The pool is a great place to relax after exploring Key West. Cannot recommend enough.

Our stay in the house was perfect for the size of our group. The check-in process was easy, the kitchen seemed to have everything needed to cook dinners, our group did not cook. Coffee was provided which was our fuel for the day. The location of the house was perfect, perhaps a minute walk off Duval street. We walked everywhere, including to Fort Zachary Tyler state park which was about a 1.5 miles from the house. The backyard with the pool was our sanctuary for the hot afternoons, floats were provided which made it easy to float and relax along with plenty of pool towels that were provided.We had a great time and would stay here again!

This is a great location to be able to walk, it’s about a 20 minute walk to the southernmost point buoy, and around a 2 minute walk to the closest bar! We had a great stay!

Great location and house for friends or family.

The house was great with plenty of room for all 14 of us on our trip! It had a wide variety of things we might need from pool towels to garbage bags to garlic powder. It was clean and organized and the host's communication was great. We had a couple questions throughout the trip and they answered very quickly and were very helpful. The house is also in a very good location we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. 100% would recommend this house to any large group of people going on vacation in Key West.

It was an awesome place. We enjoyed everything about it. We rented Golfcarts from paradise rentals & it was the perfect thing to do. The owner got back to us quickly when we had questions. Would definitely go back & stay here again

Beautiful home

We had 4 different groups of people staying at the home. Separate living spaces on all 3 floors made this home made it absolutely perfect.Very well appointed with beautiful furnishings comfortable living spaces and 3 great porches and a beautiful pool area. We willl be back for sure!

Great location. Enjoyed pool at end of long day of fishing. Four adult couples with four bathrooms worked great for us. Full confession ... I broke one plastic tumbler cup - before I even had anything to drink! You're welcome to charge me for that.

Charming key west hideaway

Beautifully restored historic home in the historic district of Key West. plenty of room for the whole family with a beautiful private backyard and swimming pool. The kitchen is updated with all modern appliances making it easy to prepare meals for the family. we found the owners to be extremely responsive whenever we had questions. It was a lovely place to stay.

Amazing - must stay!!!

I stayed here for my bachelorette party with 10 friends. This property was PERFECT! It fit all of us with plenty of room (and even some beds weren’t used!). The backyard was perfect for sitting by the pool during the day and having dinner at night. The garbage disposal did break during our stay and the property manager sent someone over immediately and had it fixed that afternoon. It was so walkable to Duval St and all the fun night life. You just stay here if you come to key west!!!

Perfect for Large Group Key West Getaways

This was the only option that could accommodate our large group, and it was everything we hoped for.Ample sleeping capacity. Sizable back patio space with a pool. Amazing proximity to Duval street scene and a quick walk to other entertainment.
