Vous êtes à quelques pas du cimetière historique de Key West et �� seulement deux pâtés de maisons de la célèbre rue Duval Street. Adorables maisons "Conch" situées tout autour de vous, vous feront vous sentir comme un véritable habitant de Key West.

"Villa Josine" bénéficie d'un espace extérieur incroyablement privé et spacieux - exactement l'environnement tropical que vous recherchez pendant vos vacances à Key West. Détendez-vous près de la piscine étincelante, chauffée en saison avec vos amis et votre famille, un verre à la main. Imprégnez-vous du magnifique soleil de la Floride au bord de la piscine OU dînez dehors à l'ombre sur le pont arrière pour huit personnes. Un grand gril à gaz vous permet d’organiser des dîners et de préparer les prises de la journée pour le plaisir de tous.

La façade de la maison offre un joli porche - un endroit idéal pour commencer votre journée avec une tasse de café et regarder le monde passer. "Villa Josine" propose également un parking dans la rue, un "must" absolu pour les clients qui souhaitent se rendre à Key West ou louer des scooters, des vélos ou une voiturette de golf!


L'INTÉRIEUR...

"Villa Josine" propose 4 chambres spacieuses, chacune avec sa propre salle de bain privée et une nouvelle literie confortable. Les 2 chambres du bas offrent un lit King et 2 lits jumeaux, tandis que les 2 chambres situées à l'étage offrent un lit King et un lit Queen, respectivement. Le salon et la salle à manger à aire ouverte sont l'endroit idéal pour les amis et la famille pour se réunir et se détendre dans un confort inégalé. L'immense plafond voûté dans le salon confère à la maison une sensation exceptionnellement spacieuse et les grandes portes coulissantes en verre offrent une abondance de lumière naturelle. Avec Dade County Pine partout, cette maison est le mélange parfait d'équipements modernes et de charme "Old Town".

La cuisine du chef comprend des comptoirs en quartz blanc somptueux, des étagères ouvertes et des appareils électroménagers haut de gamme en acier inoxydable. L'île sert également de bar pour le petit-déjeuner avec un tabouret pouvant accueillir 4 personnes et la salle à manger adjacente pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes.

Great house for four couples. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance (less than a mile). Walked to Seven Fish and A&B Lobster House restaurants which were the best. Good time at Dry Tortugas. Cleaning crew showed up before checkout time. Would stay here again.

The property management staff were very accessible and helpful during our stay. We have vacationed in KW for decades and this home is one of the nicest homes that we have rented. Villa Josine checks all the boxes!We loved every minute!

Beautiful house. Good sized bedrooms; and, the all en-suite baths, and the 1/2 bath in the common area, were perfect. Kitchen is nice and has the tools you need, not a lot of extras but enough. Pool is nice, albeit small. Just enough to cool off with a drink. The location of the house is perfect - very easy to get downtown or out and about. The host/manager was easy to work with and available, if needed.

This home has a great location for everything! Walkable to alot of diferent things as well! Home was spcious and has a very relaxing back deck and pool area. Parking is tight but we did squeeze in a small car and 2 golf carts. Definately would stay here again!

Really beautiful!

Loved this property and would come back. Stayed with 8 of us...all adults. Back deck and pool were beutiful and clean. Location close to everything! The house was on a very cute and quiet street. Super clean, gorgeous appliances and the kitchen was very well stocked.
