The house was nice. However getting into the community was a nightmare. I'm addition to not knowing they don't allow motorcycles. It took a good 15min just to get in the gate. Also no instructions on how to leave the house as far as dirty towels sheets. So hopefully it was ok.

PGA community

Won’t be staying here again. Upon arrival the place did not feel clean. There were water stains on walls and trim. The upstairs bathroom had 2 cockroaches that we found on day 1. It’s advertised with amenities that include a workout facility, pickleball courts, tennis courts, and a basketball court. The key fob that was suppose to work did not and the office said the owner never renewed the access as the key fob belonged to the previous owner. The pool was nice but they are very strict about everything. My kids weren’t allowed to jump into the pool from the side, got yelled at for throwing a ball to each other in the pool, and got yelled at for talking too loud. One of the stairs had missing bull nose that espoused a sharp edge that my daughter cut her foot on. The parking was also an issue. Overall poor experience.

Just ok

This would be fine for a guys trip but not ideal for families. Although the kitchen and TV were great, there were no dressers or drawer storage in bedroom and the fourth bedroom had no closet. Two out of the four bedrooms ceiling fans/lights did not work so that was a big bummer for comfort. The 2nd full bath didn’t have a towel bar. It was basic things not functioning that made it a bit disappointing. .

Water Leak and owner did not reply to multiple requests

Initial impression was great. Things then quickly went downhill upon entry into kitchen.Kitchen sink was clogged and garbage disposal not working. Notified manager and he responded stating the cleaner didn’t say anything
..First of multiple cockroaches seen in upstairs bathroom
.Next morning shower water leaked from a locked closet next to main floor bathroom. Required multiple towels for wipe up (lots of water)Upstairs bathroom has 2 holes just outside the shower liner perimeter. More cockroaches found.Attempted to contact host, no reply. Contacted VRBO. Host responded that he would contact us. No contact was made. Called VRBO again, they attempted to contact host with no luck.We were never able to contact or speak with host.Besides those main issues, multiple other repairs need to be made as well. Normally wouldn’t complain about these other items, but it is very clear the host does not care enough about the property, nor their guests, to respond and provide service to those who rent. Extremely disappointed. VRBO did apologize and credited us their administrative fee.

When we first arrived, it wasn't cleaned, so we contacted the host and asked him to clean it, and he cleaned it quickly. It would have been nice if he had checked in advance before we arrived so that there would be no inconvenience, but it was still nice that he responded quickly. However, the next day at 3 am, the fire alarm rang because the battery was dead, and we asked him to fix it the next day, but he didn't answer or do anything after that. This was very disappointing. This house is probably not managed by the owner, but by another business. I had high expectations because the previous reviews were 5 stars, but it wasn't a 5-star service.

PGA Port St Lucie

I don't play golf, I was in PSL for business, this was a central location to the main areas of town, close to stores and restaurants. We had to buy extra TP and paper towels on day 1, the kitchen is very basic with supplies, but new and we managed, its a gated community with a guard, with is nice. We couldn't control the AC unit, I think it sensed we were there and kicked in a bit more, but with menopause, cooler nights would have been nice.

Nelson’s Golf Camp

The place was very nice. It could have used a couple of things, like hair dryers in the bathrooms. Since the TV package doesn’t have access to major network programming, it would have been useful to have instructions on how to stream to the TV as it took us three days to figure that out. Overall, a very nice property in a good location.

Great townhouse in PGA Village

Our family of 8 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautifully updated townhouse in the PGA Village. Owner was great with all our communications, home was immaculate, and location is perfect for access to golf and restaurants. We would definitely book this property again.

My stay at Rush property was amazing. His home is very beautiful and clean. We were in Port St. Lucie for my nephew funeral and Rush checked in with me several time. I will definitely be renting from him again.
