Clean Comfortable and Convenient! Close to shops, parks, schools and churches. Perfect little 1-bedroom with plenty of room to entertain a few friends. Full size kitchen, comfortable seating, private location.

We stopped at the Cozy for one night to break up a long drive. It was very clean, quiet, spacious and pleasant. It was stocked with everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. We liked it so much that we tried to book it for our return trip but, sadly, it was already booked. We'll definitely check it for availability if we pass this way again!

What a lovely place! The AC was already on so the temp inside was wonderful. Super clean and well cared for. I’m sad I didn’t bring my dog because there’s a great fenced yard right out the front door. The host was so kind and communicative. I would absolutely stay here again. Thanks Tori!

The location is close to WA-395 for easy access to locations in Oregon. It's clean, comfortable, and affordable.

Cozy, clean, and comfy

This house was the perfect stay for me, my spouse and our dog. Perfect fenced yard for a pup to run out in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom, and spacious and comfortable inside for the two of us. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect! For my dog and me. Why? It was spotless, open and airy, and uncluttered. It also offered a fenced backyard. Voila! We would easily stay there again. The host supplied the basic essentials; it was all we needed. It turned out to be a smooth, convenient, and easy getaway for us!

Clean! Organized, well maintained, comfortable, family friendly, pet friendly, great kitchen for cooking a big family meal! All the usual amenities in a great central location. My favorite place to stay when I’m in the Tri Cities.

We stayed at this property for 2 nights with our dogs. It was such a a cute little house that was very clean and well maintained. We had our dogs so it was an extra bonus to have a fenced yard . Would definitely recommend.waver

The managers maintain very good properties in the Kennewick area. They all are clean comfortable and have modern appliances.

This was the cutest property to stay at for the weekend! Everything was updated and roomy! The host was very good about communication when we needed it and the instructions on the property were perfect! Everything was clean and all the essentials were there for us including a washer and dryer which came in handy after a day at the river!

We enjoyed our stay at The Cozy House. The house was well stocked with supplies for our visit. This place has a “fresh” feeling, much better than the well-worn reality of other VRBOs we’ve seen. The appliances appear nearly new and function as they should. We had 100 degree days during our stay, the air conditioning kept us comfortable in the living area and bedroom. Nice to have a secure fenced yard to walk our dog.The photos accurately represent this property. Our communications with Tori before and after booking were promptly answered.We look forward to staying here again on our next trip to the tri-cities area.Chris & Lorenand Vada the dog

The Best!

We have stayed at a handful of properties recently due to a family illness. This property is the absolute best. It fit the two of us and our pups perfectly. The house is so clean, the neighborhood great for walking. Tori, the property manager, has been incredibly accommodating as we had to change our dates numerous times. Nothing but great things to say and we will definitely be back.

Spacious Hidden Gem

Better equipped than a similar priced hotel room. Off street parking, full sized appliances and very comfortable bed. Pet friendly with fenced yard space. Plenty of room indoors for my family to gather and hangout during the day. Two minute drive to major shopping and restaurants but tucked away in a residential neighborhood with very little traffic noise. The next time I’m in Kennewick, this is where I want to stay.

The Cozy

OMG... I found my perfect little travel home. It's just what I have been looking for. I have been staying at a hotel for 11 years while I travel back and forth from Spokane for work, but no more. Thank you for the cute little toothbrush and toothpaste, I forgot mine and it saved me a trip to the store:)It had everything I needed. The patio and fenced yard are what I have been looking for and I certainly enjoyed it. The kitchen is beautiful. I didn't use it, but I definitely admired it.Perfect perfect perfect !
