This property has 2 exterior cameras for general guest safety. One is a doorbell-style camera on the front of the property on the exterior, only to help monitor the front entrance, parking, and porch areas. There is also one in the backyard`s general area. (There are no interior cameras.)

Private drive to only four custom homes, no through traffic.

PETS: This is a pet-friendly home; guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $55 for one pet and $80 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $55 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.

PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.

You may indeed experience nature. Do not be alarmed if you see snakes, scorpions, bobcats, coyotes, mice, or bugs. Do not leave any pets unattended, even in a fenced backyard.
