Very rare opportunity to stay at one of the most sought-after neighborhoods that South Charlotte has to offer.

We are all about comfort and want others to make our home their own. We have traveled a lot and stayed in a multitude of places which has helped us pay attention to details that some may miss. Perfect for a quick getaway or longer-term stays/bookings, only minutes from the best shopping, dining, and entertainment that the South Charlotte area has to offer.

Every detail has been considered for your comfort. Wood flooring, soft warm throws, bedrooms w/the finest quality mattresses & bedding! Primary bedroom has a king bed and 60’ flatscreen TV and private spa-like bathroom with stand-alone soaking tub and large frameless walk-in shower with 2 showerheads. The 2nd bedroom features another king bed with desk/workspace so that you can work from home in comfort during your stay, 3rd bedroom has a queen bed with a Smart flatscreen TV.

Start your morning with a cup of coffee on the screened-in porch and end your day with a glass of wine relaxing by the gas fire pit on the large patio. The fully stocked chef's kitchen features all upgraded appliances for you to enjoy making meals and memories in.

Home is located the highly desirable Lansdowne neighborhood. The treelined streets are great to walk/run/bike and is accessible to nearby greenways. Minutes from SouthPark Mall, Matthews and Uptown Charlotte.

Great house!

We had an excellent stay! Everything was organized and clean. They had necessities that we didn’t have to worry about such as laundry detergent, garbage bags, dishwasher tablets (which was very helpful when traveling with kids). The beds were super comfortable. The house was updated and clean. The location was perfect in the heart of Matthews, so we could explore the area prior to our move. An extra bonus was the next door neighbors are so nice. Our kids played together which gave him something to do during our downtime. I don’t have any negatives about our stay.

Delightful Stay!

This was the perfect home away from home. We were visiting a niece near Charlotte and are from Oregon. The pictures are exactly as the home looks, cozy, warm and inviting. We were greeted with a basket of carefully selected goodies which included tasty hot chocolate and Christmas candy sticks. The coffee counter was filled with an overabundance of coffee pods and varying creamers, including Christmas peppermint, a favorite! The date was noted in a decorative changeable calendar. There were beautifully framed signs with inviting and caring messages in helping to instruct our stay. There were comfortable blankets placed around the home we would use to bundle up for coffee on the screened in porch. The master bed was super comfortable and the bathroom beautifully and comfortably designed. The neighborhood was exquisite with gorgeous crafted homes and trees everywhere. We walked the neighborhood a few times and felt very safe and comfortable in the surroundings. There was nothing not to like about this home and only regret we couldn't have stayed for our whole visit to the east coast! Danielle was quite a pleasure to work with as well! Thank you for opening your home and taking care to ensure each visit is a memorable one.

Wonderful Experience - A+

We rented this home while relocating our daughter to Charlotte and it was absolutely perfect!! So much better than getting separate hotel rooms. The home was beautiful, clean and the open kitchen area was perfect for enjoying meals and games together. The home is exactly as described in the listing. Danielle was a gracious and attentive host. We enjoyed our stay and when we’re back visiting our daughter we plan to stay here again. I highly recommend this home if you will be in the area.

Great Location, great communication with property owner, and house was spotless!

We had a wonderful time staying in this house with friends while in town for a football game. House was great with an extremely nice kitchen and screened in porch! The house is very nice, newly renovated, tucked away in a nice, established neighborhood convenient to nearby shopping and easy to get to anywhere in and around Charlotte. Met our family’s needs. Very easy check in and check out. Host was quick with communication. 5 stars!

Perfect Stay in Charlotte

The house couldn’t have been more perfect for our stay. Lots of good restaurants located close by. Danielle couldn’t have been a better host. She checked in on us multiple times and made the stay flawless. They had snacks and bottled water waiting for us as we arrived too. Highly recommended if staying in the area.
