Gorgeous three bedroom, 2.5 bath penthouse condominium with sweeping views of both the ocean and Assateague Island. Location is perfect for those who want to experience all of the best that Ocean City has to offer – it’s a quick block to the beach, boardwalk and the bay! Enjoy annual Big Fish tournament, having the best seat in the house for shows and festivals. The condo itself is over-sized with open concept living, high vaulted ceilings and a large balcony for entertaining. NO LINENS PROVIDED!

Beautiful home and very accommodating host

I recently stayed at this wonderful beach house with my family, and we had an amazing time. The condo was spotless and very comfortable, making it the perfect home away from home. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the beach, allowing us to enjoy the sun and sand every day. We loved the amenities and found everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great beach getaway!

Wonderful property, conscientious host

Our family has been visiting Ocean City for many years, and Violet’s condo is one of the nicest we have rented. It is clean, well-furnished, and ideally located at the bottom of the boardwalk near the Fishing Pier, an easy and quick walk to the beach. The beds are very comfortable (bunk-bed room with four(!) queens is especially nice for kids). The bunk room shares a Jack-and-Jill bath with the back queen room, while the Master bedroom — located off the living room, separated from the other bedrooms — has its own en-suite. There is also a hallway powder room near the kitchen. The kitchen has all the basics for cooking, eating, and cleaning up. A full-size washer and dryer are in a closet near the kitchen. The covered parking level contains two spaces assigned to the condo. There is a hose bib near the elevator/lobby door for washing sandy feet. There is an iron in the Master closet, high-speed WiFi and XFinity cable, and the gas fireplace works beautifully on cool nights via a switch near the TV. Finally a word about the host. Violet is conscientious, experienced, and responsive. She handles the check-in process herself by sending a code for the lobby and condo doors prior to arrival, which means not having to visit a real-estate office to get keys. She was also available by text throughout the stay if we needed her, though we didn’t. We will try to stay in Violet's condo again in future summers, and highly recommend others do the same!
