Fully refurbished like new 1 bed 1 bath condo at Ocean Mist. You're toes will be in the sand after a 5 minute walk to the quiet end of the beach.

Living room has a Futon which can sleep 2. Also has pull out chair bed which can sleep 1 child. There is queen size bed in the bedroom.

Cozy and clean. Fridge door stays opened if not pushed closed and screen door didn’t shut properly. Other than that, no issues.

The room is absolutely fine. We did however have an issue with the condition of the room upon arrival. A large black trash bag left in the middle of the room, an unmade bed with a bag of food left over from the previous renters on top, food on the floor, dirty towels left behind, trash left over in the garbage cans and what appears to be a missing screw on the refrigerator that had us fearful of our deposit.We reached out to the owner and he was very responsive, replying that he was on his way immediately. He wound up reaching a cleaner to give the rooms a clean but this meant we had to leave the room immediately. We showered real quickly, drying off with our sandy beach towels and left asap....meaning check in time for us wasn't really until after 6PM. Far from ideal.I will say that the owner offered us a meager 7.5% refund, which helped but.....if I'm being honest, a bit more would have lessened the sting.We would absolutely stay there again as the room and location are most likely great. We just didn't get to experience it in ideal circumstances.

Condo was clean and comfortable. Loved how there was a door from living to bedroom, made it quieter when going to sleep. The condo is on the first floor which is a plus. Very rare to have basic cable, my BF and I enjoy watching the news and having coffee and breakfast in the morning!..2 burners to cook was great!!!

I love that it was so close to the beach. It was a little noisy with the traffic going right by, but otherwise it was a GREAT location. Fireworks display at 8:30 pm when I was there and a 5k that went by the next morning! The seafood fest was going on. Just make sure you bring shampoo and soap.

Great for a little get away!

The space had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation! Its proximity to the beach was perfect walking distance for my younger kids, the quiet end of the beach was a great spot for families as well.

Great spot, snug but awesome for a small group!

Went with 3 friends and fit all 4 of us no problem. It's on the small side, but it was a great price, great spot, and nice little beach cottage. Would stay here again. Host communication was amazing.
