This beautiful mountain home is the perfect place to relax and escape in Flagstaff! Enjoy both the peaceful tranquility of the neighborhood or find adventure and explore the amazing hiking nearby. Experience modern comfort and luxury with updated rooms featuring brand new beds and furniture. Take in the beauty of nature with a fenced-in yard and hammock swings overlooking breathtaking mountain views. You won't be disappointed with this tranquil mountain retreat!

*For all stays 10 nights or longer, the cleaning fee will be double the regular amount for a deep clean after guest departure.*

*If there is an amenity that is out- of -order that is advertised in the Home’s listing, that is not available to you due to unforeseen circumstances. A 10% reimbursement of the base rate will be offered as compensation.*

*Late departure fine is $35 per every 15 minutes.*

-There is an additional fee for pets, please make sure the pets are added to your reservation and the fee will automatically be applied to your total.
-No Parties: We have a strict "No-party policy". Fine of $500.00 and guests will be asked to depart from the home immediately.
-No Smoking: Evidence of smoking will carry a fine of $500.00
-$25.00 for not departing the home at the designated time of departure. $35.00 for each additional hour after the first hour.
-Pet policy: Pets are allowed with an additional fee (NO CATS) our policy is "all 4 on the floor" this means that pets must stay off of all furniture including beds and couches. Evidence of pets on beds or couches will result in additional cleaning fees. -Please pay the pet fee before your arrival.
-There is an additional fee for pets, please make sure the pets are added to your reservation and the fee will automatically be applied to your total.
-Items left at home wanted to be shipped back to owner: Cost of shipping +$50.00 flat fee.
-No FIRES outside of the designated gas fire pit. Fine $200.00 + Cost of cleanup

This house was awesome. There was 6 of us ladies we are all seniors. We loved that you could pull into the garage. And walk into the house. The house was very clean, kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The neighborhood was really nice looking and we felt safe. I wish all the vrbo’s I have stayed in was this nice. And mason was there if we needed anything. I can’t say enough about this house. But it may our stay so nice and relaxing. Thanks mason for a home away from home.

This house was great and perfectly met our needs. It was quiet, clean, and equipped with the essentials. The floorplan was ideal, and it was well-decorated. Instructions from the owner/manager were timely and complete. It was nice to find little things provided for us, like dishwasher detergent pods in the kitchen and Tide pods in the laundry room. We were able to pack clean laundry for the trip home, which made arriving back home all the better, with no laundry to catch up on.

The house is very clean and super cozy, beds are really comfortable and has all you need in the kitchen too! The fire pit is perfect on a crisp, cool night. The owner communicates very well and checking in and out is so simple. I highly recommend this home fir your stay in Flagstaff.

It can be a challenge to find a really nice house that accepts dogs, but this place is wonderful. Interiors are very clean with nice decorator touches. Comfortable, newer furniture made us feel at home. We liked that the refrigerator was spotless, not filled with a stranger’s leftover condiments. Everything is in good working order.This house is in a very cute little neighborhood with excellent access to town and hiking. The outdoor space is cozy and comfortable, with a secure fence. Nice combo of “grass” and gravel for our pup. Communication with the host could not have been better. Clear and concise, plus he answers quickly. He seems genuinely happy to provide a home away from home.We definitely recommend, and will book again.

House was very clean and nice location. The listing says 3 bathrooms but it was only 2.5 baths. The bedroom listing is also confusing. It’s a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, another queen bedroom and then a single in the hallway/nook. The queen beds were soft and could use new mattresses. But overall nice house.

Great place to stay when in Flagstaff

With regards to the home we stayed at it was excellent. Communication with the owner was excellent. Unfortunate circumstances not related to the property did dampen our visit but that is beyond anyone's control.

Beautiful & Clean Home

The home itself was clean and beautiful. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook full meals. Floors were clean, you could walk around barefoot or in socks and not end up with dark stains clean. The garage was large enough to fit our full sized Silverado. Would definitely stay again.
