SUPPLIES PROVIDED Freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all guests. Essentials included to start you up: paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and hand soap. While there may be condiments or coffee available, we cannot guarantee specific items.
PET POLICY Max of 2 Pet Allowed Non-Refundable $50 per pet
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES Extra Pack 'n Plays, high chairs, and air mattresses are available to rent for $40 per amenity.
HOUSE RULES No smoking allowed on the property to preserve its charm. No parties or events permitted. Quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 9 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. Noise Levels: Please keep noise levels low, especially in the evenings. Be considerate of the neighbors to maintain a serene atmosphere for everyone. Primary renters must be 25 years or older. A signed rental contract is required after reservation confirmation. Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week. A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed. This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property. For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Great spot for our group of 7! The property was spacious, clean, and well kept. Only potential cons were the thin walls between the two master suites (make sure you are going to bed around the same time as whoever is in that room) and plenty of stairs if you have any senior traveling companions. But overall, everything worked as it should, and we were happy and comfortable throughout our time there!

The overall place and location was nice however I was a bit disappointed that the kitchen wasnt better equipped. There was quite a few dings, dents, scratches ect throughout the house. Parking was also not idealistic but manageable.

Not the right place for us. Kitchen was not well appointed and pots & pans have had a lot of use. Two cars fit tightly in the garage but if you have high clearance or more than two cars there are no other convenient parking options near the townhome. You need to park on the street outside of the complex.
