*Brand new kitchen where you will find everything you need to prepare a great meal - a variety of dishes, silverware, serving dishes, plates, bowls, basic small appliances and basic condiments & spices. The kitchen is equipped with a glass cook top and oven, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, pantry and full-size refrigerator with built-in filtered water dispenser/ice maker. Pretty much everything you will need in the kitchen is provided.

*In our Coffee & Tea Station, you’ll find: Keurig coffee maker (K-cup), French press and tea kettle. We provide you with a good amount of K- cup coffee pods to get you started, a variety of teas, sugar and creamer.

*Spacious dining room seats 6 people

*In the Living room, you can enjoy our comfortable sofas while watching the large HDTV (cable is included). You can also use the ROKU player to stream Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime Video, etc., by logging into your own personal account.

*Both bedrooms have HDTVs with Roku Streaming device to watch cable TV or stream Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime Video, etc., by logging into your own personal account.

*The outside patio has comfortable seating and is located right next to the shared pool (Please note that - as most pools in the area - the pool is unheated. People usually use pool between May and October, but depending on weather, pool season can be much longer)

*There is a coin operated laundry facility inside the community, where you can wash your clothes and beach towels if needed. For your convenience, we also provide you with laundry detergent, softener and dryer sheets.

FREE Parking:
You will have sole use of one reserved parking spot, which is located right outside the gate, next to the unit. This spot can fit one large SUV or between 3 & 4 motorcycles. You may also use the additional parking spaces (marked “guest”) available throughout the Condominium complex, should you have additional vehicles.

Beach/Mini Golf:
The condo is located right behind Congo River Mini Golf, so you can enjoy a few rounds with your family or friends without having to drive anywhere!

The beach is just 2 minutes walking distance from the condo! The beach access ramps are the only way you can access the beach and are located every half a mile or so. When you stay with us, the nearest pedestrian ramp to access the beach is right across the street, which makes it only a 2 minute walk from the condo.

We provide a beach wagon/cart you can load up with all the stuff you need, beach chairs and two large beach umbrellas (8 feet in diameter), Since the condo is just a few steps away, you can easily go back to use the restroom, change the baby's diaper, or grab something you forgot.

Daytona Beach is also one of the few beaches where you are allowed to drive your car onto the beach. There are designated car parking locations on the actual beach, but please note, parking on the beach is not free. You will need to use a vehicle access ramp if you decide to drive onto the beach.

The sunrise is a MUST SEE at the beach… it is just breathtaking! The sunrise picture in our listing was taken on the beach right across the street!

1. We take extra precautions of not just cleaning, but sanitizing the Beach House for your, as well as our own, safety. In addition to regular cleaning, we spray down all the knobs, handles, light switches and other frequently touched surfaces with Hospital Grade Sanitizing Spray to provide you with a safe environment.
2. We do not allow same day check-out/check-in between guests to allow our cleaning crew extra time for cleaning and sanitation
