Lake Hartwell Waterfront Cottage with Game-Room Sleeps 9

Newly renovated lake front cottage on Lake Hartwell. Home sleeps 9 with 3 bedrooms and full size sleeper sofa in living room. Kitchen has been stocked with all you need to make the place like home. Cottage has full detached air conditioned game room that includes 65 inch TV, poker table, air hockey, ping pong, shuffleboard and more. Double decker dock located in a huge cove with big water. Dock has kayaks, paddleboards, water mat and life jackets for all sizes. Backyard is flat and open so play a game of cornhole, wiffleball or football with our boards, bats, balls and bases. Only 25 minutes to Clemson University, less than 1 mile off of I-85 and boat ramp is in back of neighborhood. This home has fun for all.

Clemson Weekend

This home is so cute! Perfect for our Clemson game weekend. Beautiful view. Owner was helpful with planning etc. Everyone commented on the comfortable beds.

Great lake getaway!

We just wrapped up a great weekend away at the lake! This home has something for everyone: peaceful scenery, game room with a plethora of options, Smart TV's, and lots of lake activity options! We REALLY enjoyed the paddle boards, kayaks, and water mat! The home has everything you need to make meals, enjoy a cup of coffee on the porch, etc.

Plenty of things to do

Our grandsons are 7 and 9, they were busy all week playing outside. Fishing , swimming and running around the big yard. That was the plan and it went well.

WONDERFUL stay at the Lake House Cottage!!

My family and I had a WONDERFUL stay at the cottage! The house is absolutely adorable! Definitely has the “Lake House” feel. The house is VERY well equipped with everything that you need! The kids loved the game room and enjoyed fishing off the dock! The location was very peaceful! We spent quite some time sitting out on the back deck looking at the lake! Beautiful!! The owner, Rebecca, was GREAT! We can’t wait to stay hear again! Thank you, Rebecca!!! ☺️
