The house is ideal for accommodating a large extended family or gathering of friends who enjoy water activities or just entertaining indoors and outdoors in a beautiful lakefront setting. This property has it all with your own large in-ground salt-water pool (seasonal), a separate 6-person hot tub, an outdoor kitchen and dining area with an outdoor television, a community dock with a designated boat slip. Every bedroom boasts views of the lake. The house is conveniently located less than 4 miles from major shopping and restaurants in Hartwell, GA

You will appreciate the new high quality custom designer furnishings throughout this home. The large open main floor main living area has everything to offer as your primary entertainment area. Completing the main floor are three bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom is outfitted with a king bed, ensuite bathroom with his/her walk-in closets. The second bedroom boasts a king bed, and the third bedroom, a comfortable queen bed. Both the second and third bedroom are equipped with nightstands and a private closet.

Also, the main floor hosts a Chef’s Kitchen with modern appliances and accessories. An extra refrigerator and freezer are available for additional storage in the laundry room. An office space is provided with wireless internet.
The upper level contains the fourth bedroom which is equipped with four trundle beds to accommodate up to eight people. Also included, is a TV.

Last, but not least is the impressive large outdoor living areas. Step out of the house, and you are immediately greeted by a beautiful outdoor kitchen that features a granite countertop with a sink, dorm size refrigerator, and a built-in stainless grill. This home is pet friendly with a 2 dog allowance and pet fee per dog. Breed must be approved by management prior to arrival.
