Great Location, you can walk everywhere and nice to have covered parking. Loved the restaurants and a bonus to watch the musical fountain from the roof top!! Loved balcony for coffee in the morning and “wine” sunsets. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay!!!!

We had a great stay! The property was very clean and comfortable, exactly as described in the listing. We especially loved the balcony and rooftop access (which had a perfect view of the musical fountain). The location was perfect, close to restaurants, bars, shops and the beach. The host was responsive and helpful, and was great to work with. We would definitely stay here again

We’ve come to Grand Haven a few times on vacation and this was our first time staying at a downtown condo. The property was in a great location and true to the listing. Our three kids used the bunkbeds and trundle bed. We enjoyed being in walking distance to the stores and restaurants downtown, as well as walking to the pier and beach. The balcony was a great extra space as well! We also really appreciated having the garage downstairs.

Couple suggestions

The only thing that we thought maybe needed addressed was the size of the bed in the main bedroom.just a little too small for my wife and I would stick blackout blinds in the living room as well as the bedroom that would be a big plus besides that it was an amazing place great location we loved it!

Great Home Base

Our family travels to Grand Haven each summer. Kyle's condo was a wonderful spot from which to explore the area, and the space and amenities suited us perfectly.

Great Grand Haven Location

Kyle was great to coordinate with. Everything about the check in and rental went smoothly. The unit is as advertised and in a great location near the waterfront in downtown Grand Haven.

The condo was exactly what the photo’s show you. Clean, cozy and very comfy. And once we parked our car we never used it again the location is perfect. We plan on booking it again for next year.

Great Place

Condo was amazing. Exactly as the pictures show. Clean and comfortable. Master bedroom bed isn't the most comfortable and may need a new mattress, but the condo and everything was amazing other than that. Best location you could possibly have too.

Great Location

The condo's location was awesome! Right in the middle of downtown Grand Haven where shops, restaurants and coffee shops were a few steps from the building. Beach and pier were within walking distance. Ground floor garage parking was a huge plus. Great view from rooftop patio for beautiful sunsets and Musical Fountains. Condo unit itself was as pictured in the listing and had plenty of room for a family of 4. Whole building was clean and quiet. Host was responsive to questions. Instructions for the stay were detailed and easy to follow. Would definitely book again!

Perfection in the Heart of Downtown!

Check in was a little complex because of building security. Clearer step by step check in instructions could be helpful, but it was a minor inconvenience. At any rate, we ADORED everything about this unit. This is our fourth summer trip to GH, and this exceeded every other home we’ve stayed in by far. It's gorgeous, clean, the kitchen is well appointed, and the memory foam topper saved me from the extreme back pain I normally experience while traveling. The roof access was perfect for the fireworks and drone shows (though I wouldn’t recommend for the Musical Fountain due to a slight obstruction). Steps away from Washington Ave, this location cannot be beat! We had a unique situation traveling with extended family where we needed to leave another home and stay here for the last two nights of our trip. Kyle was very accommodating in working this out with us and even allowed for early check in. Sadly, the building allows pets, but he does not. Our Frenchie was able to stay with family for those two days, but that is my only complaint. I do understand and respect why the restriction is in place, though I hope he might reconsider for return renters *wink, wink, nudge, nudge* :). I only wish we could've stayed here for the duration of our trip!
