Stay in this beautiful country home!

Spend time in the country! Watch the sun rise on the screened in back porch, and sunset on the large covered front porch. Spacious house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Large open den, farmhouse type kitchen which contains gas Jenn-Air stove/oven combination. Laundry room with washer and dryer available. Large deck accessible from back porch with hot tub for relaxing. Each bedroom contains a smart TV. Wi-fi available. We have even added a pack and play and a portable swing for your little ones, if needed. There is a Tree house in back yard for lots of fun playtime! Property is close to Lake Tyler, where fishing and boating abounds and convenient to in-town shopping.

Very peaceful and relaxing stay. I really enjoyed the well equipped Kitchen. There were plenty of pots, pans, cookie sheets, measuring spoons, etc. The beds were very comfortable. The showers had hot water and enough pressure. The sofas were comfortable. The livingroom and diningroom were spacious. WiFi connection was very good. The hot tub was pretty nice.

Everything was perfect. Great accommodations for our group! Plenty of room and the beds were and comfortable. Nice TV room and plenty of seating.

Beautiful setting. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Extremely spacious. Great kitchen with so many amenities. There is no Keurig type coffee machine, but there is a standard coffeemaker, which worked out fine. Plenty of entertainment outlets.

This is a charming house. Very comfortable with plenty of room and very, very well stocked. We had 6 adults, 3 small kids and 4 dogs and we didn’t feel cramped at all. There were lots of games, puzzles and things to do for the whole family. Definitely would stay here again.

3 day trip to Whitehouse

We stayed indoors mostly because of the heat. Not too much traffic on the road, private. The house was very clean and easy to keep that way. Had all the kitchen tools we needed to grill or cook indoors. Comfortable and clean and we had a great time staying in this country home!!

Fantastic stay in traditional country home. Home well stocked and clean. Large table for family to sit around. Small pick up BBQ place next door was delicious and made for a quick meal on arrival. Quiet even though directly off the road. Yard was large both front and back (not fenced for those with children). Wished we had more time to enjoy the full aspect of the home. (Hot tub, grill, porches)

Overall we couldn’t have asked for anything better. The home had all the features we needed. Loved the family owned BBQ restaurant next door. Our stay was very enjoyable.

Granddaughter's graduation party

House clean and perfectly adequate for family of 6 to stay for a graduation party for my granddaughter. Lots of room for extended family to visit. Smoke house next door was great food for our special dinner.

Great home away from home

This was so much better than staying in a hotel! We had plenty of room to stretch out and make ourselves at home. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and the hot tub in the evening made it easy to relax and decompress. The host was easy to reach out to and we enjoyed the bar-b-que next door. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Family Gathering

We had family from TX and OK gather here for a weekend of fun and relaxation. Plenty to do in the area or just hang out at the house. We went to the Caldwell Zoo, which was great for all ages. The hot tub was a nice amenity athe house. Very accommodating and relaxing. Will be back

Great stay for all ages

My family and I stayed here for a weekend, and it was great! Plenty of places to sit, eat, and hang out together inside and out. There is a grocery store only 6 minutes down the road as well for easy, last minute needs. It had plenty of extra blankets and towels. We will definitely be staying here again!

Very comfortable stay!

We chose this house for a laid back girls weekend and it was absolutely perfect. There were plenty of (comfortable) beds for all of us, and enough seating in both the living room and at the dining table. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and tools, and the hot tub was a wonderful perk. We especially appreciated that the laundry room was available as it allowed us to wash and dry the hot tub towels so we could use them again. The host was very responsive and helpful with questions. There is a grocery store about 6 minutes away, in Whitehouse, along with a Starbucks, a few restaurants, and some general goods stores.
