1.2 miles(4 min drive) to THE GROVE.
This modern new construction house boasts modern amenities, luxurious beds and pillows, and close to hot spots and outdoor mall. The house is immaculately cleaned, with great furnishings and complimentary coffee
however you like it with sugar or cream. We also have 2 other properties a couple houses: called STAY @ Alamo and STAY @ newmo so reach out to us if you’re needing a place. For long term stays- let us know you’re wanting a long stay and we will make sure to take care of you as we have a couple houses in Tyler.

We had a very comfortable welcoming stay. Communication was good. The home was very welcoming. The backyard was secure for my dog. The accommodations were great and it was in a good neighborhood in a nice town. I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed here for a wedding weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better place! The home was spotless, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. It was the perfect spot to relax and get ready for all the wedding festivities. The location was convenient, and the host was great. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area

This was the PERFECT house for our family to stay while we attended a family friends wedding at The Villa! Convenient location, SO clean, and fully stocked with everything you’d need! We will definitely be staying again if ever in Tyler! 20/10 stars.

Friendly Home in Tyler

This was a great place for us during our visit to Tyler. The check in was so simple and the home was extremely clean. The hosts were quick to respond and communicated very well! I would highly recommend this home to everybody coming into Tyler!

Nice house in a newer addition across the street from an older neighborhood. Back yard is facing a green belt so you can open all the kitchen and living room windows for a wooded view without staring at neighbors. The road is pretty low traffic and neighborhood was quiet. Fairly central location in Tyler.Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, utensils, all the common seasonings, k cup coffee, etc. The Weber Kettle was an unexpected nice touch along with some grill tools. Also lots of nice to have stuff like pack and plays, high chair, a wireless monitor camera, and some toys if you have a baby. Garage entry/exit was a bit tedious without a remote, but worked fine using the manual button. What looks like a level 2 EV charger is right in the garage hardwired to the breaker panel.Definitely would stay again.

Vine st review

Pretty clean place. Everything was nice. Only thing was the broken television in the bedroom. That was a bummer at bedtime. A plus that the garage came with an electric vehicle charger. Very convenient. I was very happy that it came with a bbq grill and smoker. The neighborhood was okay. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

The property was very clean inside and out. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The house was supplied with just about everything you need, and the host was super friendly, as well as helpful. I loved my stay & will definitely be coming back!

Home away from home..

We were traveling from out of state for a family event with friends so we decided to do a VRBO. We couldn't have been more pleased. It was just as listed..clean and cozy and we had plenty of space. Have great communication with the owner during our stay who was very accommodating and down to earth. Next time we are in town and need a place to stay we will definitely stay again!! Thanks for everything....
