This house is centrally located in a family friendly neighborhood. Close to hospital district, Green Acres and downtown dining.

The house has been tastefully updated and decorated. Furnished with memory foam mattress , comfortable pillows and fresh soft linens. Comfortably sleeps 8 guests, king and queen size beds. This house also provides separate laundry area and fenced yard. The open concept layout allows for perfect interaction and gathering, dinning, lounging or watching the 70 smart TV



This is a beautifully renovated home with an open concept theme. The house has large fence yard with a covered patio with seating.



Guests have access to the whole house.



Self check in. we are available for in person check- in if requested.



Mature centrally located neighborhood. Close to hospital district, Green Acres church and downtown.



Getting around is best done by personal car. Tyler does offer Uber and taxi service.

Gustavo was an excellent host. We were having trouble with the internet and he worked diligently to get it restored for us. The house itself was a nice place to come into at the end of the workday.

Great Home - Great Location

My family came in from out of town to be our mom for a surgery. The location of the home was very convenient to the hospitals and provided a comfortable place to be together. We will consider staying again if we are ever in town. The owner of the home was very responsive to messages, making me feel comfortable during a very difficult few days.

A very pleasant stay

The home is attractive and very clean in a quiet neighborhood. Appreciated the large screen tv and access to a full kitchen. Memory foam mattress was very comfortable. The host responded quickly when I had a question. Would stay there again.

Cute house

The house was very cute. I wish I would have been warned about the air conditioning because it is VERY loud and it is right by the bedrooms. All of the beds in the house are also ROCK hard.

Lovely and comfortable stay

This was a beautifully remodeled house in a lovely and quiet neighborhood. Everything was better than described. The house was spacious, pristine and well stocked. The three bedrooms are huge! Gustavo was one of the most responsive hosts, replying immediately to any question i had. We are a multi-generational family that came from all corners of the country to Tyler to celebrate a family wedding. This was the perfect stay for such an event. My father uses a walker and the house was perfect for him getting around. The backyard was great for my active nephew. We had plenty of space for socializing, and plenty of room if someone needed solitude. Highly recommend this beautiful house!
