Welcome to our Lakehouse Sanctuary! To ensure a pleasant and enjoyable stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following rules:

Check-In and Check-Out:

Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Please adhere to these times to allow sufficient time for cleaning and preparation for the next guests.

Maximum Occupancy:

The maximum number of guests allowed is 6. This includes both overnight guests and visitors.

No Parties or Events:

We strive to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all our guests. Therefore, parties and events are strictly prohibited without prior approval from the host.

Quiet Hours:

Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a restful experience for everyone.

Smoking and Vaping:

Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the lakehouse or on the screened-in porch.
Kitchen:

The kitchen is fully equipped for your use. Please clean up after cooking and refrain from leaving dirty dishes in the sink.
It is prohibited to gut and cook fish inside the dwelling.

Firepit and Grill:

The firepit and grill are available for your use. Please use them responsibly, clean up afterward and extinguish fires completely after use.

Water Activities:

If you plan to use the lake for swimming, fishing, or using watercraft such as kayaks or SUP paddleboards, do so at your own risk. Please wear life jackets while engaging in water activities.

The cove is a no-wake zone.

Waste Disposal:

Please dispose of trash and recyclables in the designated bins. If trash bins are full, contact the host for assistance.

Parking:

Please park only in the driveway. Parking on the street is prohibited.

Respect for Neighbors:

Please be considerate of our neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours.

Security:

Always lock all doors and windows when leaving the lakehouse.
