Discover the Dogwood Mountain Retreat, a 4-bedroom home in Breckenridge designed to host up to ten guests. You can easily walk to the BreckConnect Gondola and Main Street, and with mid-season snow coverage, you can even ski-in. We have a gas fireplace and a fully stocked kitchen. Soak in the private outdoor hot tub surrounded by mountain and forest views. Highspeed Wi-Fi and private parking for two cars is included. This home welcomes reservations with a departure date within the next 12 months. Please call or email us with any questions. Special rates offered for week-long and month-long stays. ---1st Floor Ground Level Contains--- PARKING/GARAGE: There are two parking spots available at the house, one inside the garage and one in the driveway. There's plenty of room inside the garage for equipment as well. LAUNDRY: Just inside the home from the garage, you'll find the laundry room with eco-friendly machines. ---2nd Floor – Main Level Contains--- KITCHEN / DINING: Just up the steps from the ground level and you'll see the home opens up to showcase the beautiful wooden interior. The kitchen is stocked with stainless steel appliances, a gas stovetop, and a four-person breakfast bar. The dining room has a large wooden 8-person dining table right off the kitchen for a homemade meal to share. From the dining room, you will find a double glass door with access to the hot tub deck for a place to enjoy the mountain ambiance, day or night. LIVING ROOM: The living room features plenty of seating around a coffee table nestled up next to the built-in gas fireplace that lights up the center of the home. Enjoy the flatscreen TV featuring cable. Here you will have access to another deck that features a 4-person seating area. 1st BEDROOM/1ST BATHROOM: Around the corner is the first bedroom that features a king-size bed with a tv, closet space, and a dresser. The first bedroom also has access to the hot tub deck and the outdoor propane grill space. Just outside the room, you'll find the shared bathroom that includes dual sinks and a refreshing walk-in shower. ---3rd Floor Top Level Contains--- 2nd BEDROOM / 2ND BATHROOM: Just upstairs you'll find the Master bedroom with large windows and a reading nook to go along with a king-size bed, dresser, tv, gas fireplace, and closet. The ensuite bathroom offers dual sinks, a walk-in shower, and a soaker tub that you'll want to take full advantage of. 3rd BEDROOM: The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom shares a bathroom with the fourth bedroom and also has access to a small deck. 3rd BATHROOM: The 3rd bathroom is the last bathroom in the house and includes a shower tub combo with dual sinks to be shared by the 3rd and 4th bedrooms. 4th BEDROOM: The 4th bedroom has four twin beds that are situated as two bunk beds and can act as the perfect kid friendly space.
Location: Dogwood offers one of the most walkable locations in Breck. Just 150 yards from the BreckConnect Gondola, you can access Peak 7 and Peak 8 in minutes — no driving or shuttle needed. Main Street is a 5-minute walk away. In the summer, the Four O'Clock Trail sits just behind the neighborhood, offering direct hiking and biking access, while Carter Park and the Sawmill Creek Trail are also nearby. Despite its central location, the Woods neighborhood is tucked into a quiet stand of pines with no through traffic.
For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have external security cameras. This HOA prohibits pets and street parking, as well as any wood-burning fires, and may issue fines.
We provide enough supplies for a typical weekend stay. This includes paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap and a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. We also provide fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels.
This home has a private hot tub, so extra towels for the hot tub are included. We take care of cleaning and servicing the tub before and after your stay.

We had a great stay for Spring Break. Very easy access to a ski run/Gondola. Very short walk to get back after skiing. Could have skied all the way there if there was better snow. Easy walk to downtown. Plenty of room for our group of 8. Hot tub was great. Would absolutely stay again.

Family Vacation
Dogwood retreat provided a great location for our ski/boarding trip. Although the living space and kitchen were a bit tight for my large family, the 4 accommodating bedrooms and superb location right off the 4 o’clock run and just minutes from the gondola made it just about perfect!

Cute house, good location
The house is very cute and the location is walking distance to Main Street. We had some issues with the property including a natural gas leak which we felt like wasn’t appropriately especially due to the dangerous nature of a gas leak.

Perfectly Located Ski Home
This property was perfectly located for a Breck ski vacation! 1 min walk to ski trail that leads to pedestrian tunnel to gondola parking lot, 4 o’clock Return to gondola trail talks you within 1 min walk of house. 10 min walk to town made accessing restaurants super easy. The home was perfectly cozy for our group, and had plenty of kitchen accessories to cook our meals. The host and property management team were very responsive and helpful! Thank you for a great weekend!

Property was exactly as described. Plenty of room for 2 families. Very convenient for skiing. Able to ski to the front door. Short ski and walk to gondola connector to start the day. Hot tub was excellent after long days of skiing.
