Situé au coeur du centre-ville de Bar Harbor dans une rue calme

Cette maison construite en 1905 a fait peau neuve en 2017. Il a été mis à jour dans cette maison attrayante, captivante et belle. Il est situé au coeur du centre-ville de Bar Harbor et dans une rue calme.
La maison a été soigneusement planifiée et meublée avec des matelas super confortables. Les planchers en bois dur ont été magnifiquement restaurés. Il a un porche couvert, un balcon et beaucoup d'espace pour la famille en vacances. Dans un dixiÚme de mile de cette maison, vous trouverez de nombreux restaurants, magasins, excursions d'observation des baleines, excursion de macareux, excursions en kayak, excursion en trois-mùts goélette pour n'en nommer que quelques-uns. Vos voitures peuvent rester à la propriété pendant que vous prenez la navette Island Explorer gratuite pour accéder au reste de l'ßle. L'accÚs aux quelques entrées du parc national Acadia se trouve à quelques kilomÚtres de cette maison.

PREMIER ÉTAGE: EntrĂ©e mĂšne Ă  un salon avec de nouveaux meubles et d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat avec chaĂźnes cĂąblĂ©es premium. Il a beaucoup de siĂšges et d'Ă©clairage. Chambre des maĂźtres avec lit King, TV Ă  Ă©cran plat (avec chaĂźnes cĂąblĂ©es premium) avec sa propre salle de bain complĂšte privĂ©e. Nouvelle cuisine avec tous les nouveaux appareils en acier. Salle Ă  manger avec table mise en place pour six avec une feuille pour augmenter les siĂšges pour un maximum de huit personnes. La moitiĂ© de bain dans le couloir. Machine Ă  laver et sĂšche-linge.

DEUXIEME ETAGE: Une chambre avec un lit King. Chambre à coucher deux avec lit Queen. Chambre à coucher trois avec lit Queen, chambre à coucher quatre avec un canapé-lit Queen avec TV à écran plat (pour les jeux, Netflix, etc.). Deux salles de bain complÚtes.

EXTÉRIEUR: Porche couvert avant avec table et chaises en bois. Propane Grill Ă  l'arriĂšre de la cuisine. Balcon de la chambre au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage. Parking pour 4 voitures.

This home really had it all! All descriptions on website are accurate, it has so much room and is beautiful! Plenty of seating inside and out and bathrooms for all. It is in a great location! We walked to everywhere in town but is far enough away to not be in the middle of it all. The parking on site is a bonus

We booked this property for a family trip with our three adult children and their families. The size and location was perfect. The house was very well equipped with a high chair, pack and play and an umbrella stroller. Our host, was awesome to work with and very responsive.Our family has a great week and we enjoyed our time in the house. We would stay here again.

This property is in a perfect location. We were able to walk to all of the restaurants and shops in Bar Harbor. The bedrooms worked out great with all of my family there. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The owner even had some toys for my grandchildren to play with in the backyard. I would definitely consider staying here again.

This home is the perfect getaway. Located on a quiet street but within very convenient walking distance from all the waterfront activities at the harbor and great restaurants. The kitchen is stocked well if you prefer staying . This host has thought of everything....

Perfect location in the center of Bar Harbor, easy walking distance from Bar Island, Shore Path, restaurants, groceries, bike shops, etc. There was more than enough space inside and out for our group of 5, either together or doing our own things. The house was clean and well stocked.

Family vacation

This house and location was absolutely perfect for our family gathering. Great house layout and yard for kids. It was well equipped, clean and very comfortable. Walking distance to grocery store, coffee houses and sand bar for daily adventures.

Perfect Bar Harbor Home – Spacious, Central, and Family-Friendly

We had an amazing stay with six adults and two kids under 4. The house was perfect for our group — five bedrooms gave us plenty of space, and the layout offered both privacy and great shared spaces. Everything was super clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the living areas were cozy and inviting.The location was unbeatable. We were just a 2-minute walk from Bar Harbor’s best restaurants and only 5 minutes from the most incredible oysters we've ever had. At the same time, the home is tucked away on a peaceful side street, so we had quiet mornings and restful nights — a rare and wonderful combo.It was also perfect for our young kids. There was space for them to play, rest, and feel at home without any stress. The whole place felt warm and welcoming, with little touches that made a big difference.We used the house as our base for Acadia adventures and loved coming back to such a comfortable, calm space. It worked beautifully for both kids and adults, and we truly couldn’t have asked for more.We loved this place and would absolutely stay again!

We were really pleased with this property. The house is very nice. Everything was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well supplied. The location is perfect for exploring Bar Harbor. Everything is walkable. We would definitely stay there again.

Location, location, location!

This house is exactly as shown and described. Very clean and well maintained. Very stocked kitchen if you want to cook at home. Many bedrooms and bathrooms for privacy with adult groups. We had five adults so this was perfect. The location is incredible. So close to town, you can walk to restaurants, bakeries, even the grocery store in just a few minutes. Very close to the Bar Island walk as well. Yet even though you are so close to town, you are just far enough away to be on a quiet street. Lots of onsite parking as well. Acadia Park is also close. I highly recommend this property. Communications with property manager was quick and easy as well.

Family gathering

This property was perfect for us (in our 70s) and our daughter and family (2 year old son). This house is spacious, clean, updated enough to have the amenities you need, exceptionally well stocked. There were even puzzles and a t ball set that the 2 year old could enjoy. Communication with Veena was excellent. Highly recommend this property.

Acadia Vacation

We had a wonderful time in Bar Harbor and the house worked perfectly for our families needs. The 4 bedrooms worked great for 4 couples. No one needed to sleep in a double or a twin room. Everyone said their beds were comfortable and that is super important. Walking distance to everything Bar Harbor has to offer and even the Grocery Store. Had two e-bikes and two regular bikes. The e-bikes got tons of use but the carriage trails are hilly so after the 1st day people didn’t use the regular bikes.Super easy to walk to the Village Green and take the Island explorer into the park!

Wonderful family vacation

This was my second stay at this beautiful and well stocked home. It is so convenient to so many shops & restaurants as well as Acadia National Park. We loved walking by the bay and took a couple of nature excursions. Highly recommend this property

Fantastic Stay in Bar Harbor

The house is great. The location is on a quiet street and the house is an easy walk to anywhere in town. The house was clean, and very well equipped -- especially in terms of kitchen and cooking needs. We enjoyed our stay and recommend the house. Also, it has a very nice front orch for relaxing. We were eight people and the house was comfortable for us.

Spacious & Walkable

We were very pleased with most everything about the home and location. On-site parking at the back door was great. Short walk to grocery store, downtown area and waterfront / docks. Spacious living room and ample cooking pots, pans, and place settings. Quick drive to Acadia NP. Liquid hand soap is provided but no bath products, so bring your own. Could have used a few more towel rods or hooks in bathrooms, but we managed
