Seabreeze Cottage - Une retraite en bord de mer en bord de mer.

Bienvenue à Seabreeze - un chalet en bord de mer isolé avec un plan d'étage ouvert sur Meadow Point à Frenchman's Bay. Les bois de construction grossiers avec des planchers de tuiles et de pin procurent une sensation très confortable. Le chalet se trouve sur une belle plage de sable fin et offre un accès à l'eau pour le kayak et l'exploration de la mer. L'extérieur de la propriété a une terrasse ouverte et un passage couvert avec moustiquaire avec une vue nord de Raccoon Cove. À quelques pas, vous aurez une vue exceptionnelle sur la baie Frenchman et la montagne Cadillac dans le parc national d'Acadia. Détendez-vous près d'un foyer dans la cour arrière tout en profitant de la brise au bord de l'eau. La propriété est également située au centre de Lamione et est proche de toutes ses commodités, à seulement 6 km de la plage de Marlboro, à 2 1/2 miles de la baignade en eau douce à Bloomfield Park sur Blunt's Pond, et à distance de marche de Lamoine State Park et de la belle Lamoine Plage. Tous les sites d'eau salée offrent un accès en bateau à Frenchman's Bay. Les deux parties de l'Acadie (Mount Desert Island et Schoodic Pennisula) et Bar Harbor sont à 20-25 minutes. Ellsworth est à 10 minutes pour un accès facile aux épiceries, boutiques de cadeaux, restaurants, films et même LL. Haricot.


Options multifamiliales - Louez deux logements ou plus et économisez. Nous proposons également deux autres propriétés à Lamoine # 182554 & # 359029 sur Raccoon Cove, toutes deux à 2 1/2 miles de là. L'un est un chalet de poutres et poteaux nouvellement construit avec 3 chambres, une salle de bain avec une mezzanine supplémentaire. L'autre est une cabine à plan ouvert avec du bois brut et des planchers de pin offrant une sensation très confortable. L'extérieur de la propriété dispose d'un porche avec moustiquaire et d'une cabane en bord de mer avec une vue sud de la montagne Cadillac dans le parc national d'Acadia.

Autres activités: kayak, observation des oiseaux et plus important détente au bord de la mer.

This was such a beautiful location, and a cozy yet spacious home! We knew we were going to be in the area before the start of the season and really just wanted to escape, relax, and maybe hike a little if we got good weather. This lovely home was ideal. We miss it already.

Pros: lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Spacious & comfy living areas. If you're a large group this is an accommodating property with a nice view. Near two areas of Lemoine State Park and Beach. Cons: Tiny kitchen. From a hospitality standpoint it was lacking a bit: No curtains in most of the windows including bedrooms and bathrooms so if privacy matters this is not your place. There are no bedside tables nor lamps in some rooms so if you're a reader or wear glasses its not a comfortable fit. Bathrooms have limited hooks so hanging your towels or robe is not possible and towels are limited. Back door sticks badly making it easy to be locked out. Most of the windows have no screens (or ill-fitting screens) so you can't open windows on hot days or the house is full of mosquitos and black flies and there is no air conditioning. Overall its a decent property but it is not designed for guest comfort even though the price reflects a higher-end rental.

Good location, nice and quiet. Plenty of space inside and outside. Nice beach. At first i wasn't sure we'd like all the windows without blinds or curtains, but it wasn't a problem and we loved seeing the beautiful views from many locations throughout the house. The house felt very comfortable and "lived in".

The property was idyllic and the perfect size for a family of 9 plus grandparents. Larger than the pictures make it look. Living on the beach and watching the tides provided endless entertainment for the kids. Recommend bringing or renting kayaks so you can explore the bay at high tide!

We six adults appreciated the spacious house, waterfront, woods, comfortable furnishings, and the quiet. Staying warm was a bit challenging in a couple of the bedrooms, but not a dealbreaker unless you like tropical temperatures. It was a pleasure to return to after the traffic and parking woes on Mount Desert Island, though it would be hard to find a more beautiful place for hiking and sightseeing. Ellsworth is a good alternative for eating out and a bit of shopping, only 20 minutes away.

Loved Everything About It!

Cute little house on a rocky beach with a tree forest in between. Loved the fairytale path that lead from from house to the beach. The house was large enough to fit our adult kids, their S/O and 2 babies! We had so much fun all being together in a place that we could all fit in. Location is beautiful!

Maine getaway

Came to the area to see the sights and also visit with our daughter who is working at Jordan Pond House for the summer. The property met all of our needs. Becky stopped by to Help fix the cable and that was appreciated. The dogs loved the beach / water and all of the wildlife. We enjoyed the property and would stay again if in the area

We are a family of five that live locally in Lamoine. We got into vacation rental properties when we found from our own experiences it to be impossible or to costly to book hotel rooms for larger families. That's when we started offering vacation properties in our area. We also discovered by renting from others what makes a great rental experience, so we made each of our properties is uniquely different. Whether its hand cut post and beam, seaside cottage, secluded waterfront cabin, or a traditional Maine lakeside camp, we try to offer a wide range of a real Maine experience. We hope you enjoy staying with us.

Seabreeze at Meadow point is a wonderfully unique property. It offers the quiet peaceful rural neighborhood feel but has enough property to be quite secluded. The private sandy gravel beach right out the front door offers days of play and relaxation.

The cottage is also unique in its design. It has two separate living areas connected by a large breezeway. This makes it perfect for larger families be together but also find some quiet space.
