Step into history with this charming 1905 bungalow on Boise’s iconic Warm Springs Avenue! This historic home blends timeless character with modern comforts... and a private geothermal hot spring soaking pool.

Inside, The home features a large living room with comfortable over sized couches and a large bay window, a cozy dining room, and a speakeasy game room for fun and relaxation.

For sleeping arrangements, enjoy three luxurious beds, including two queen beds in spacious bedrooms with Tempurpedic mattresses for ultimate comfort. The third bed is a pull-out couch in the large main living area, perfect for extra guests. The property has an air mattress for additional $ if needed.

The generous bathroom includes custom tile and a warming towel rack, offering a spa-like retreat. The home's historic charm shines through with radiant heat from vintage radiators, keeping you cozy and warm throughout your stay.

Located just a short walk from BSU Stadium, St. Luke's Hospital, and Downtown Boise, this historic gem offers both convenience and tranquility. It’s also ideally situated near all of Boise’s vibrant nightlife, where you can enjoy local bars, restaurants, and entertainment.

The hot spring is drained, cleaned, and refilled daily for maximum purity, ensuring you have a fresh, therapeutic soak. The temperature can be adjusted from 75-115°F to your liking. We loved this adorable home! :) It was a perfect little getaway...nestled right in the beautiful Warm Springs neighborhood, but also right next to downtown Boise! We were able to walk to some fun shops and restaurants downtown, and then stay in our own little retreat...that made it feel like we went back in history. The geothermal hot springs tub felt amazing, and there was even a fun little camper for the kids next time. :) The house was cozy and fun...with all the essentials needed for a family or group gathering...but also perfect for our romantic getaway! We curled up and watched movies, sat in the hot tub, and cooked fun snacks in the cute kitchen. So warm and welcoming! Thanks for a great stay! :)

The house is so quaint and cozy. I would definitely stay again. Very close to restaruants for convenience. The hot tub was the perfect temperature.

Perfect stay in Boise!

This was our second time at the Historic Hideaway! It is close to town and has all the amenities we need plus a private soaking pool! Great communication with hosts! We can’t wait to stay again!

Great weekend getaway location!

Boise is a great city! This location is perfect; a block from restaurants, and a couple blocks from downtown Boise! Walking around this area is fantastic and just off Boise State's campus! Clean property! Great communication. Love this place and will be back for sure!

Great stay!!

We had the best stay at this VRBO! The location was amazing and the host was so easy to get ahold of and was very good at reaching out to make sure we were doing okay. They gave great recommendations for things to do/eat in Boise and the check in/out were easy. The place was so unique and just beautiful.

Perfectly remodeled classic close to campus

Loved this old house. perfect for two couples or two business travelers sharing a house. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. really comfortable living room and nice kitchen. amazing backyard with a geothermal hot tub that did not dissapoint

The owner was patient and answered all my multitude of questions, as I hadn't booked with VRBO for a number of years. The home was clean and prepared and we fell instantly asleep after our very very long day to get there.

What we needed

Incredible area, beautiful house with character and the hot tub was a nice way to end the day. Just stayed one night as we were driving though but fell in love with the city and will definitely return and stay here again as it’s so close to everything.
