Sur le complexe de l'océan 100 marches à sable. Vues spectaculaires sur les eaux vives de deux balcons privés. Spacieuse unité de deux chambres avec lit king-size en 30 par 15 suite parentale (dernier étage) avec salle de bain privée et dressing et murs en miroir sur trois cÎtés. Vue Vista depuis le grand balcon / patio privé et la chambre. Télévision par cùble dans les deux chambres et salon. DVD dans la chambre à coucher à l'étage et salon.

En bas, (troisiĂšme Ă©tage) est une chambre sĂ©parĂ©e, salle de bain, dressing qui peut ĂȘtre fermĂ© pour la vie privĂ©e. Plusieurs placards Ă  la fois haut et bas. La chambre infĂ©rieure a un lit double et un canapĂ©-lit double et un salon confortable avery par jour.

Le salon est joliment meublĂ© dans des meubles en cuir noir avec un centre de divertissement accent blanc et un ensemble de salle Ă  manger italienne qui se trouve six confortablement. Le salon dispose d'une cheminĂ©e, balcon privĂ© avec vue spectaculaire sur l'ocĂ©an et le jardin. Le canapĂ© peut ĂȘtre transformĂ© en un autre lit queen-size. La cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec micro-ondes, four grille-pain, grand rĂ©frigĂ©rateur, cuisiniĂšre / four, lave-vaisselle, cafetiĂšre, etc. Il y a trois tĂ©lĂ©visions par cĂąble et DVD / magnĂ©toscope. Ce beau condo de luxe spacieux peut vous gĂąter pour quoi que ce soit de moins.

Juste sur la plage mais Ă  seulement 40 minutes de San Diego et Ă  moins d'une heure de la plupart des attractions de Californie du Sud, y compris Legoland, Wild Animal Jungle, San Diego Zoo, Sea World, PlanĂ©tarium Palomar, Missions, shopping dans les grandes, petites, antiquitĂ©s et magasins spĂ©cialisĂ©s , les meilleurs terrains de golf aux États-Unis. Quelque chose pour tout le monde!

Great vacation spot!

It was a little outdated and cluttered but the location is great and the view is great.We were very comfortable and had a great time.Only negative was it said there was a washer and dryer so we assumed it was in the unit but there was a laundry room downstairs.We will likely stay at this property again.

The unit was everything my family could have asked for. Unit was very clean, lots of extras when it comes to towels, linens, pots and pans, dishes and cleaning supplies. Plenty of seating on the roof top patio for family visits in the evening. Parking spot is located conveniently next to the elevator. See you again next year.

Awesome Location

We enjoyed our stay very much. We were looking for days of fun close to the beach and then a relaxing nights sleep, and this met our needs perfectly. The hosts were very attentive to our questions and accommodating when we had a last minute change of plans. We definitely plan on staying here again!

Not worth the expense

The resort is a nice place to stay, but book a different condo. It's completely outdated with many items that are beyond their serviceable life. The one and only umbrella on the top deck is shredded and wouldn't open. I'm not sure how it happens, but the mirror behind the master bed is disintegrating from the back. The carpet is gross, seems like permanently stained. Dealing with the property manager was a nightmare. I'm used to all messages happening within the booking platform. This property manager sent me numerous emails with some text in bold and various words in all caps. When i didn't respond through my personal email she had VRBO call me with her on the other line. Mostly to berate me for not responding to her poorly crafted emails. We left a day early because it was such a miserable experience.

Dusty Disappointment

The unit was large enough to accommodate the six of us. We did not feel it was very clean or maintained. Downstairs, we couldn’t lift the bedroom blinds and sills were dirty. TV did not work. There was an exposed tack strip between carpeted bedroom and hallway and we can’t tell you how many times we stabbed our feet during our stay. The towel closet had towels jammed in there. The mantle was filthy, baseboards a mess (chipped and needed painting). My husband had to scrub two of the white plastic chairs on the patio before we would sit on them. There were food stained kitchen towels in the drawers and paper plates and plastic silverware just shoved into cabinets. Lots of leftover packaged food and liquor. The refrigerator was clean I must say. The TV did not work in the living area; six remote controls were counted, what is up with that? Closets were packed with stuff, unnecessary for our stay. Going upstairs the wall across from the railing was all chipped and dirty. There were multiple mattresses on the bed, one wrapped in plastic! Needless to say, we were very disappointed while staying at your unit. For $2500 plus, we expected a neat and clean property. My daughter requested an extra hour to check out on Saturday, but no one gave her the courtesy of a response. If you were truly committed to providing a pleasant, positive experience for guests, you would invest time and money bringing the unit up to par.

Perfect vacation spot!

Owners were so helpful and easy to work with. The condo complex is beautiful and well kept, with 2 pools, 2 jacuzzis and a large koi pond. We had an ocean view from both balconies and slept to the sound of the waves! The condo has everything you need including plenty of towels, blankets and pillows.

Beautiful Location Great Value

Could not pick a better location to stay. The check-in process was a little difficult but that might have been an error in understanding on my part. Compared with other similar properties this is a great value and is in an amazing location.

Love this property and the location!

This condo was the perfect location for our short vacation. The property was clean and had great amenities. My husband even used the gym! Next time we'll have to stay longer to take advantage of everything offered. The owners were so nice and communication was easy.

Great condo complex location was perfect. Unit was satisfactory but outdated and dirty

The unit was exactly as described but when we first arrived we noticed everything was very dusty and overall dirty. The unit itself looked like it needs an update, but it sufficed for our stay. We loved the views from the balconies, can see the ocean right from the balcony! The condo complex itself was beautiful and very well kept. The complex is beachside so it was a quick walk to the ocean. The Oceanside pier and Oceanside harbor were right nearby so the location of the property is brilliant - lots to do in the area. I would maybe rent this unit again if it were a little more clean and renovated.

Cute Beachy Place

Couldn't get a better area in Oceanside. Right by the beach, walk to resturants and the marina or the pier. Stayed for my daughter's soccer tournament. The grounds were really pretty, wish we had more time to relax there. The Unit itself could use a little updating but it was cute, comfortable and plenty of room. Host was easy to contact and the guard on the property was really nice and helpful at check-in.

The worth condo ever

It was the worth rental house I have ever. The place was so dirty, smelling so bad, ants everywhere. Very old furniture, Closet was full of the host stuff (no space for our cloths). Linen and pillows was nasty and yellow. we tried to find another house but it was too late. Please, stay a way.

Great property on the beach

Property and amenities are nice. Big pool and Jacuzzi and tropical plants everywhere. Great location! You can walk to the beach, the pier, and the harbor. Views from the balcony are amazing!

Beach front relaxation

We enjoyed our stay at North Coast Village. It's a nice place. Our unit was sufficient in size and accommodation for five adults. There were enough beds and and two bathrooms made it convenient enough. Nice views from the upper and lower balconies. Easy access to the grounds and the parking facility with the elevator so close to our unit. Nice to be able to walk such a short distance and be on the beach. Kitchen had quite a few utensils and appliances, but we still had to get some of our own. Hide-a-beds (2) mattresses were quite worn and not too comfortable. Overall we enjoyed the facilities
