Beautifully designed spaces for large group gatherings! We are a group nine women who get together annually for a few days. The huge kitchen island, large dining table, and open living room worked perfectly for us, as did the multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. So why only 3 stars? We paid 4,000 for three nights so our expectations were high that this new home would be near perfect. Here is what we experienced: Two of the bathroom sinks were so clogged with hair that they were unusable. One women had to clean out big gobs of hair so that the sink would drain. One toilet seat was so loose that every time you sat on it, you hit the cold porcelain base. A bathroom door handle was so loose it threatened to fall off. We couldn't get the TV to work properly and there were no instructions for how to manage the TV. The second day it was determined that the batteries in the remote control needed to be changed. The lock on the back exterior door did not work so we had to leave the home unlocked while we weren't there. The house instructions tell you not to move the furniture. However, after two women tripped on the curled edge of the living room rug we moved the sofa over the rug's edge to prevent anyone from falling. (The sofa was moved back to the wall before we left.) We also moved the slippery bathroom rugs to prevent falling. These are clearly safety hazards! If you rent this, you may want to bring a tool box with you!
