Conveniently pull into the 2 provided parking spots and you'll see a private patio in front with picnic table and BBQ perfect for al fresco dining & summer grilling. You'll also find a shed in front with all your beach essentials - chairs, beach towel, toys, and more!

As you enter the home you'll find a convenient half bath on the first floor and an open concept space perfect for gathering. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with complementary coffee and a dishwasher for easy cleanup. The living room includes a large smart TV to stream your favorites or plenty of board games for quality family time.

Head up to the second floor and you'll find a washer+dryer and plenty of toys, books, and games for kids. Both bedrooms are also on this level - one with 2 twins and the other with a king bed. The bedrooms are connected by the full bathroom which is a modern, newly renovated space with walk-in shower.

Great space and close to Old Garden Beach and Bearskin Beck. Needed door lock fixed and communication was impressively prompt and the handyman who fixed it was very nice. Very happy with our stay

Absolutely loved this home!!! We didn’t want to leave and tried for another night , but unfortunately wasn’t able to stay because it was booked with someone else already! The location was close to down town and everyone here was as absolutely welcoming! Would love to stay again!

Great Rockport House

We loved our stay in this home. A very clean, comfortable, and well decorated home. My wife and I were looking for an easy weekend away. Staying at this property on Cape Ann was perfect. Close to both Rockport and Gloucester.

First visit to Rockport

My husband and I and our 22 year old daughter spent two nights. The house was perfect for our group. Clean and comfortable. Much better than a hotel room for three.

upon arrival we were not able to access the property using the code given to us weeks before [ the last 4 digits of our cell phone] As we had no computer access [ no wifi due to not being able to get into the house. A hotel allowed us to use their computer to get the number to call VRBO [no phone number was on any paperwork we made copies of , you hide it] , the rep there gave us another code 7486. We went back to the property and that didn't work. We called VRBO and asked for the property owners #. The owner [property management co.] finally gave us a default # . There is no Racheal [ supposed property owner ] By this time it was dark and late. We missed our dinner reservation and the area was very busy. All in all a very negative start to our long weekend. We have never had a bad experience with VRBO, but will remember this for a long time.

Rockport in June

We had a short stay in Rockport on our way back to PA from Maine. Communication was prompt whenever we had a question about the property. It was a lovely place to stay with a lot of books and toys for our toddler. It is roughly a 15 minute walk to the town center.

We had a wonderful time! The house was charming and very well equipped! The town of Rockport was wonderful and the restaurants were delicious. We used the house as a home base to explore Boston, Gloucester, Rockport and Freeport. The beaches and other natural areas were beautiful! This amateur photographer and her family will be back! We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you for your kind hospitality!

Don't Hesitate

I want to start by saying we have used VRBO from coast to coast so we have plenty of rentals to compare to. This is an outstanding accommodation. Spotlessly clean, fantastic location, quiet and peaceful. The home is full of books and artwork and every conceivable game for rainy days. You can go on lovely scenic walks right out the door. A half block away is access to the public footpath which you can take to town. I wouldn't hesitate to rent again.

Lovely cottage

This is a lovely cottage by the sea. Location is great with nice walk to Bearskin Neck. Cottage is well-equipped in the kitchen although we only cooked breakfast. There are a few punch list items to complete from the recent renovation. Love the bathroom under the stairs we dubbed the ‘Harry Potter’ bathroom. Comfortable for 4. Quiet surroundings.
