This single-level home accommodates up to 11 guests across 4 bedrooms with 6 beds and 3 baths. Each room is designed for rest, with room-darkening shades, extra pillows, and ample clothing storage. Bathrooms include a bathtub, bidet, and bathroom essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel.

Outdoor living
The fully fenced backyard is a private retreat framed by mountain views and desert gardens. Relax on sun loungers by the heated lap pool or enjoy a quiet soak in the private hot tub. As the sun sets, gather around the fire pit or cook outdoors using the BBQ grill and dine under open skies.

Kitchen & dining
Cook with ease in the full kitchen equipped with a Bosch induction stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. You’ll also find essentials like cooking basics, dishes, and wine glasses. The dining table welcomes group meals after a day exploring Sedona’s trails.

Everyday comforts
With both central air conditioning and a split-type ductless system, ceiling fans, and heating, you’ll stay comfortable year-round. A washer and dryer are provided, along with fast Wi-Fi (159 Mbps) and a dedicated workspace in a room with a door. Entertainment options include a TV and Ethernet connection.

Family-friendly features
Traveling with little ones is simple thanks to a Pack ’n Play travel crib and high chair. The open layout and single-level design make moving around easy for all ages.

Safety and access
The property has smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Exterior security cameras monitor the front porch, RV parking area, and pool, while the backyard and hot tub area remain completely private. Guests can check themselves in using a keypad, with luggage drop-off available for early arrivals or late departures. Five driveway parking spaces and a Level 2 EV charger add extra convenience.

Neighborhood
Located in the peaceful Chapel Vista neighborhood, you’ll be close to Sedona’s best trails, including Mystic, Chapel, Broken Arrow, and White Line. The Chapel of the Holy Cross is just a short walk away, and Uptown Sedona’s shops and restaurants are within a quick drive. Enjoy the quiet setting, stunning red rock views, and the occasional visit from local wildlife like Gambel quails and their chicks.

Listing Access
A large and quiet one-acre property with beautiful manicured gardens surrounding the house with views all around. Hot tub is nestled in the gardens and has beautiful red rock views.

If you would like exterior lights turned off for star-gazing, then please contact us and we will turn them off remotely.

You will also have access to the private pool which can be heated at an additional fee. The private hot tub is also included with this home. No shared spaces.

Guests will be given access to the main house and the guest suite.

**Please let us know at least 24 hours before your check-in if you would like the pool heated. It takes time to heat up and we want to ensure it is ready when you get there.

Pool Rules:
1. No running by pool
2. No walking on the pool cover. It will rip. Guests are liable for all damage done to the pool cover
3. Swim at your own risk. We are not responsible for injury, drownings, or death.
4. Please keep an eye on all children around the pool.
5. No diving
6. Quiet hours 9am-9pm (please be extra courteous is swimming at night and keep noise levels down)

Please do not set the AC lower than 75. It will freeze and stop working.

5. Hanging party decorations, banners, signs, or any other decor on the wall with tape, tacks, or nails is strictly prohibited. Use of confetti will result in additional cleaning fee. Using glue/sticky substance to adhere anything anywhere will result in a $1000 fine
