Navigating around Cape Coral and nearby areas from our property is quite easy and convenient, thanks to the abundance of transport options and its strategic location.
1. Walking: With grocery stores, restaurants, banks, and a popular coffee shop just a short stroll away, you can easily access most of your daily necessities on foot.
2. Driving: If you're planning on visiting nearby attractions like the Cape Harbor Marina, the Yacht Club Beach, or the neighboring cities' beaches, having a car would be beneficial. There's free parking on the premises and a one-car garage available for your use.
3. Public Transit: The area is served by LeeTran public buses, which run across Cape Coral and connect it to the greater Lee County area. Check their schedule for timing and routes.
4. Bike: Cape Coral is known for its extensive network of bike lanes. Renting a bike is an enjoyable and eco-friendly way to explore the local area.
5. Ride-sharing services: Uber and Lyft operate in the area, providing another convenient option for getting around, especially if you're planning a night out in downtown Cape Coral.

▶ During check-in, you will find towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper provided for your convenience. We do not provide additional supplies during your stay, so we recommend planning accordingly.
▶ Unregistered guests are not permitted. If you have unregistered guests in the unit, you will be asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.
▶ Minimum age is 18
▶ NO SMOKING: This is a strictly non-smoking apartment; you'll be charged a $250 fee if any evidence of smoking is found.
▶ PETS: We are happy to accommodate small pets on our property. A non-refundable pet fee of $125 is already included in the rate for guests who have chosen to bring their furry friends along for their stay.
▶ NO DISRUPTIVE PARTIES: All disruptive parties and events are prohibited, regardless of size. Please be quiet after 10 PM.
▶ FURNITURE: Please note that moving the furniture in the apartment is not permitted. Violation of this rule can result in a penalty of $250.
▶ BATHROOM USE: Do not flush paper towels, wipes, trash, or feminine products down the toilet. Please use the bins instead. If it is found that something has been flushed and clogged the septic system, you could be charged damages.
▶ WINDOW USE: Please don’t open windows to prevent mold from forming and keep insects out. If windows are left open and the AC is on at the same time the guest may be charged for a violation of up to $500. Please keep the AC thermostat between 72 and 83F.
▶ Check-in is at/after 4 pm, and check-out is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am.
