We (the homeowners) love to travel and find ourselves drawn to Florida several times a year. This obsession turned into purchasing a Beautiful rental home! We drive down and stay every two months to enjoy our home and to make sure its just right for our guests. We have owned and rented this home for over three years and have recently gotten involved with the booking process. We still have the same wonderful company who maintains the home full-time and is always available to care for any needs that arise. But who best to market our home than us?! Outdoors
-Private parking in front of the home with room for 3-4 cars, curbside parking allowed directly in front of the home, and overflow parking only a short walk away

-Resort amenities (restaurants, bars, impressive waterpark, sports courts, fitness center, etc) are on the same street, just around the corner

- Private swimming pool and spillover spa (heated for additional fee)

- Propane Grill

-Backyard has a lovely Florida sunset view. Our home does not back up to other homes, and the pool is surrounded by fencing and shrubbery giving you more privacy. The pool area faces southwest

-4 chaise lounges, 8 seat table on covered patio, outdoor sofa

-Pergola with bar-height table and two chairs

-Bathroom accessible from the pool patio (its air conditioned!)

-Back patio has removable child safety fence between back patio dining area and pool area for the security of non-swimmers. This is in addition to the back patio door pool alarm required by local laws.

Main Living Area on Ground Level
-Spacious comfortable seating area with a large sectional and accent chairs with pool view

-Laundry room is located downstairs

-Dining room seating available for 12 at the table and 6 at the island bar

-Kitchen fully equipped for large groups

-2 Refrigerator/freezers with ice/water dispensers (we change the filter so the water tastes good!), oven and glass stovetop, microwave, 2 dishwashers, coffee maker, toaster, spacious pantry

-All utensils, cookware, dinnerware, glassware

Entertainment & Extras
-Each bedroom is furnished with a flat screen smart TV and access to complimentary Wifi

-Main living area has a large flat screen smart TV

-Home theater (uses Roku) has a large projection screen and 2 large comfortable sofas

-*Air Conditioned* Rec room has foosball, ping pong, and air hockey tables, a large flat-screen TV with a PS4 video game console, and 2 video gaming chairs

-Upper floor loft area has a large flat screen TV, comfortable sectional, wet bar, and pool table

-Two pack-n-plays (you’ll need to pack sheets), and two high chairs are available in the house

-All bed linens, towels, and pool towels are provided

-A “starter set” of basic supplies will be provided upon arrival (shampoo, conditioner, soap, dishwasher tablet, paper towel roll, laundry detergent, toilet paper, and tea & coffee necessities)

Encore at Reunion Resort (~~full access included with rental~~)
-Gated and has 24-hr security, 3 entrances/exits

-Free shuttle service to the parks

-15-20 minutes from the Disney theme parks and Disney Springs

-30 minutes from Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Volcano Bay and City Walk

-45 minutes from Legoland

-Less than 10 minutes from Walmart, Publix, CVS, and numerous restaurants

-Grocery and Food Delivery is fast and convenient (Walmart, Target, Publix, Chipotle, Pizza Hut, and just about anywhere else!)

-We have a local property manager. They handle special requests and any issues that may arise during your stay. They coordinate the pool and home care, and careful house cleaning between each stay. We have been continually impressed with their high standards and attention to detail

Homeowners
My wife and I homeschool our four children and live in a rural forest on a mini farm. We have cats, dogs, sheep, goats, and chickens. Our peaceful life at home is very different than the urban energy of Orlando. We value the diversity and life experiences of both our contrasting homes. We very much love our Encore home and appreciate its value for our family vacations and as an investment. We strive to provide a fun, relaxing, easy location for ourselves and our guests to enjoy.
