As you stroll down the Sailhouse boardwalk you’ll notice the peaceful calm, vibrant local flowers, and the muted pastels of the quaint neighborhood. The short stroll then opens up and delivers you to the inviting Sailhouse PRIVATE beach. Sink your toes into the warm sand, take a dip in the calm waters, or simply relax under the shade of an umbrella while enjoying the gentle sea breeze.

THE STAY: After a day of sun-soaked adventures, bask in the comfort of your coastal haven. Unwind in the spacious updated living areas, thoughtfully designed with local art to provide a serene ambiance and modern amenities. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to channel your inner chef and create delightful feasts and artisanal coffee while the spacious bedrooms offer a restful retreat for rejuvenating nights.

RELAX: Don't draw straws for the primary bedroom. This house has a primary with en suite as well as a guest room en suite. Both with king size beds and smart TVs for your streaming pleasure. The third bedroom is equipped with an office space and queen size bed. As a guest of Pier Bliss Retreat you'll have access to the following amazing features of the Sailhouse neighborhood.

PRIVATE FISHING PIER: Cast your line into the Aransas Bay from the Sailhouse private fishing pier. Whether you're an experienced angler or a novice, you'll appreciate the convenience of having this exclusive access to the rich fishing grounds. Catch dinner or simply unwind as you watch the rise over the horizon with a cup of coffee from Rockport Coffee Co.

SECLUDED BEACH: Imagine stepping out on the Sailhouse private beach. No crowds, no hassles, just pure relaxation. Spend your days basking in the sun, and building sandcastles with the kids. This pristine beach is your personal playground.

SPARKLING POOL: When you're ready to cool off, the Sailhouse pool is a few steps away. Sparkling and inviting, it's the perfect spot for a refreshing swim or to simply lounge by the water with a good book. The pool area is well-maintained and offers plenty of seating for you to soak up the Texas sun.



THINGS TO KNOW:

PARKING: Parking at our property is simple and convenient. Guests may bring up to two vehicles. There's usually plenty of parking available throughout the neighborhood. On busier days, the house is equipped with a private parking spot directly in front of the house for one car. Please note: trailers, RVs, boats, and large or dually trucks are not permitted by the neighborhood, as they do not fit in many of the standard parking spaces.

Sailhouse Community Rules:

To help maintain a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests:



Maximum of 6 guests per stay.

Please use the provided drying racks for wet clothes and beach towels— no hanging items on fences or patio furniture.

Limit of 2 vehicles. Free parking is available for standard vehicles only—no space for large trucks (dually), boats, trailers, or RVs. Park only in designated spots (not on the road or grass).

Posted Rules at Pool must be followed.

Pier & Beach Rules:

Use of Beach and Pier is done at your own risk. Sailhouse is not responsible for accidents or injuries.

Homeowners and guests are asked to maintain the beach and piers by disposing of trash and putting beach furniture back in place after use.

No beach furniture is allowed in the water.

No diving or jumping from the pier.

Please turn off pier lights when not in use.

The pier gate should always be closed and locked.

Please properly dispose of bait and fish after cleaning.

Fish remains are not to be thrown into water.

Please clean fish cleaning station after each use.
