This spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath + Loft is minutes away from the beach and bay. 1 block off of Garnet Avenue (The main strip in Pacific Beach). Many great restaurants/bars within walking distance. The newly remodeled kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, stove top/oven, microwave, coffee maker + everything you could need to cook a meal at home. Private gas BBQ on balcony/deck. The beds (King, Queen, twin & futon) are brand new, comfortable & clean. There is covered parking for 1 car and coin laundry on site! Central to all San Diego has to offer.

The entire, 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment is yours. It is located on the second floor of a quiet 3 unit building.

You have the ability to have as much, or as little, contact. I am here to give any recommendations and to make your vacation as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.

Pacific Beach is a true gem. To the south is Mission Beach and Ocean Beach; north is La Jolla Shores, La Jolla Cove, and the beautiful North County Coastline (Del Mar, Solana Beach, Encinitas, Carlsbad, Oceanside). You can bike and walk everywhere in this amazing beach town. Belmont Parks roller coaster and arcades in South Mission Beach is perfect for kids after a lovely beach day. Catching the sunset at Law Street, PB Boardwalk, or Kate Sessions, is a must! Approximately a $20 UBER/LYFT to Downtown/ Gaslamp District, Hillcrest, North Park, and La Jolla! Torrey Pines State Park and golf course is 15 minutes away. Sea World (just a bike ride away), Legoland, The Zoo and The Safari Park are there for your entertainment! Don`t forget Balboa Park and all of our lovely Museums.

We do not allow check in / out on major Holidays. Min stay including a major holidays 4 nights.

IMPORTANT Loft Safety Notice:
This unit features a steep loft ladder and elevated loft area. The ladder and loft pose a significant fall risk — especially for children, but potentially for any guest who does not use caution or is uncomfortable with heights. A fall from the loft would be a long drop and could result in serious injury. Please consider this carefully before booking.

**Please Note: All payments are processed via Stripe, which charges a non-refundable 4% credit card processing fee. In the event of a cancellation that qualifies for a refund under our cancellation policy, the refund will be issued minus the 4% processing fee, as this amount is retained by the payment processor and not recoverable
Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM and be respectful of our neighbors.

Minimum Booking Age: The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and must stay at the property for the duration of the reservation.

Loft & Ladder: The ladder to the loft is very steep, and the loft is high with no railing, so it may not be suitable for all guests. Use is at your own risk. By booking this property, you acknowledge this condition and accept responsibility for anyone in your group who chooses to use the loft or ladder, and agree not to hold the host or property owner liable for any injuries related to its use.
