Maison de vacances Crown Point Beach & Bay - 3 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bains, 10 personnes. Situé à la pointe de la péninsule de Crown Point, entourée d'eau sur 3 cÎtés, distance de marche de Crown Point Shores (Plage / Parc et zone de loisirs). Boardwalk / Piste cyclable à seulement 2 pùtés de maisons de la maison, profiter de la marche, le vélo ou le patin à roues alignées autour de Mission Bay, avec un accÚs facile à Mission Beach et Pacific Beach. Sea World se trouve juste au-dessus du pont et son emplacement est central pour des excursions rapides au zoo, au centre-ville, au parc Balboa, au parc d'attractions Lego-Land, au parc Safari, etc.

3 chambres Ă  coucher: roi dans une chambre Ă  coucher, reine dans la deuxiĂšme chambre et lit complet dans la troisiĂšme chambre.

Family Room: Grande salle familiale avec plafond aux poutres et au bois cheminée. Grand canapé-lit Queen en cuir de style européen. La salle familiale s'ouvre sur une terrasse ensoleillée avec un grill viking à 4 brûleurs et une salle à manger en plein air.

Cuisine: cuisine a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©novĂ©e avec comptoirs en granit, Ăźlot de cuisson gastronomique avec Ă©vier de prĂ©paration, de nouveaux appareils et une fenĂȘtre qui donne sur la baie de la terrasse. La cuisine ouvre sur la salle familiale pour une grande sensation de chambre.

Salon: Grand soleil remplis salon, planchers de bois franc partout, divan-lit cuir, siĂšge de l'amour en cuir, et une chaise en cuir avec pouf, plus HDTV 42 'avec cĂąble Ă©largi et DVR.

2 Salles de bains: Salle de bain # 1 a une douche / baignoire. Salle n ° 2 a une douche.

Patio: Patio Saltillo avec grande table et chaises en teck, 4 Burner Viking Grill, salle à manger en plein air et beaucoup d'intimité. Fléchettes professionnel sur Patio.

WiFi gratuit, lecteur DVD, TVHD à écran plat, chaßne stéréo, barbecue, cuisine complÚte, croiseurs de plage (vélos), chaises de plage, serviettes de plage, planches à roulettes, jouets pour le sable, glaciÚre, barbecue portatif pour la plage, parasol.

En janvier 2019, nous avons remplacĂ© toutes les fenĂȘtres et tous les Ă©crans par des fenĂȘtres Ă©conergĂ©tiques qui bloquent la chaleur du soleil. Les nouvelles fenĂȘtres garderont la maison fraĂźche et confortable et empĂȘcheront celle-ci de surchauffer de la lumiĂšre directe du soleil.

The host was wonderful. Very responsive to questions about house prior to stay. Weather was rainy so we spent most evenings in. Which was nice with the family . They have a game closet but it needs some organizing and overhaul .

The beach house was quaint, clean and homey. We loved our stay there and enjoyed walking the neighbor in the evening to scope out the Christmas lights. We would definitely stay again.

This house is spectacular with its numerous kitchen amenities, plentiful towels and soaps, two comfy family rooms, and spacious outdoor seating area. The bikes added extra fun riding the path around the bays for the best views in San Diego. Eric and Yvonne were kind, courteous, and helpful with constant communication. We’ve stayed in many rental houses. This one is top notch!

We enjoyed our stay but certainly was surprised no AC- the listing was vague and it was a very hot home in late August- even with the copious amount of fans they provided - a heads up would have been helpful when booking - we had some older family with us.

This hidden gem was just what we needed for a great weekend in San Diego! The property was clean,easily accessible from the freeway and the landscapers came by while we stayed, to make sure the property was clean!! The walk to the bay 8 minutes. No crazy noise too early or late! The house is great, the management is great and memories were made this weekend with love, laughter and tacos!!!!

Walkingstick Family Vacation 2025

This house was perfect for our family. We had 10 people and were able to fit perfectly! The hosts were quick to communicate with, easy to talk with and had everything ready to go, early, the day of our arrival. The house had everything you could need and want for a vacation in a home away from home. The water was close, all the attractions we were going to were close and there was nothing we needed that wasn’t provided at the house. There were restaurants and coffee shops nearby, grocery stores, and gas stations nearby, which made it easy to get anything that we wanted and or needed for our beach day, dinner’s, breakfast, lunch and snacks for all of the parks. We spent 8 days, 7 nights and wish we could’ve had a few more days. You can’t go wrong booking this place for any kind of trip you may have down. San Diego.

Amazing!

From the minute we walked in, we absolutely loved this VRBO! It was one of the most well equipped, family-friendly, comfortable, and well kept homes that we've rented for our family. The location was even more convenient than expected, with the park, beach, grocery store and other places within a relatively short drive or walk. The hosts were very responsive whenever I had any questions. Highly recommend them and this VRBO for your San Diego stay. and local conveniences

Fully equipped. Lots of room. Just a few doors down from a busier street, so some occasional noise, but otherwise quiet with plenty of parking and surrounded by SFRs. Super responsive hosts.

Great House, Best Location

We loved staying at this house. It was perfect for our quiet, three-generation family group on spring break. The living room is really huge and comfortable, and it was nice to also have a separate family room and the beautiful outdoor patio. We ate breakfast and dinner at the house every day, and the kitchen was well supplied with all the pots, dishes and cooking utensils that you could ever need. The bathrooms are nice and modern. All-around a very comfortable stay. Perhaps the best part, though, is the location, I really cannot emphasize this enough. Unless you want to stay right on an ocean beach, this location is absolutely perfect. It is literally geographically central to all the quintessential San Diego tourist attractions (beaches, zoos, Balboa park, downtown, San Diego Bay, Coronado, La Jolla). The house is only one-half block away from a major road that gets you on your way fast. Yet the house is on a very quiet residential street - we were only home in the morning and evening but in that time we did not spot a single moving car on this street the entire week. And big bonus if you want a morning run - only two blocks to the Mission bay path. Highly, highly recommended.

Crown Point is one of the nicest areas in all of San Diego. It is a very upscale residential neighborhood that has water, beaches, parks and recreation areas on 3 sides of the peninsula. Every water sport imaginable is available for your enjoyment. There is always something happening at Crown Point Shores from the Crew Classic rowing competition, Thunder Boat Regatta Unlimited Hydroplane Racing, Water Skiing, Sailing, OTL Over the line tournament, Rock and Roll Marathon, Fishing, SeaWorld fireworks every night in the Summer, or just enjoying a relaxing day at the beach.
